There is only a cigarette smell throughout the hotel. Including in the room Allergy Almost can't sleep The window had to be opened. Terrible, but good location, near the market, near the train station. If for people who smoke, can rest But I personally remember and be scared until death.

Hotel need to upgrade their bedroom for customer satisfaction.

Overall, it is considered good. Near Ueno Station is convenient. The staff speak English. The service is good but only regret is that choosing a non-smoking room but the room still has a cigarette smell. May be the air duct or do not know But smelt a lot of cigarettes
