Amazing stay at the Sands in Varna! Staff are amazing and helpful. The casino vibe is relaxed and unlike any I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

It was a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. It was across the street from the beach and a ton of restaurants, shops, bars (one of them is an Eiffel Tower, carnival rides, ect. The noise from all that goes on until 3AM. That’s not a complaint. If you are across from all that you should expect noise. I mention it to suggest packing ear plugs. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean. We splurged for a balcony and I’m so glad we did. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable!! It had everything you could possibly imagine and it was delicious. The other bonus was free parking. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The Executive Lounge and all its advantages make you feel really special. All the people, working there, were real professionals.

We had a few rooms for a family reunion. I had a few mishaps during check-in but the hotel staff went above and beyond to try to make it up for everything. The hotel is very clean, 20 steps from the beach, service is top notch. The front desk was probably the only department that was lacking a bit. The buffet was decent and there was plenty to choose from. Chef Dimitar at the omelet station was noticeably super friendly and nice to all guests. Rooms are large, I highly recommend the high floor rooms - sea view with balcony. Overall a great stay and we all had a fabulous time.

Central location, large room and balcony with good view

The hotel is nice and globally comfortable, but it is really overrated on the pictures you can see on Hotels.com

Great place for resort vacation, the infinity pool is amazing!

The hotel is located in the central area, very close to the beach, spacious and interesting design room, the food was very good, infinity pool was amazing. The hotel does not have its own beach, which I consider to be a big disadvantage. At 4 o'clock in the morning on August 28, 2021, the alarm rang, it was a mistake, but nobody apologized and did not give us explanations for the incident. It was very unpleasant for all the hotel guests who were awakened and scared.

Very noisy hotel, loud music from the skyfall pool, from the opposite bar, from the rooms. I find this hotel suitable only for a short stay 1-2 nights. Large groups of men from the Middle East with unsuitable manners in the restaurant and lobby make the stay unpleasant. Dinner offers a choice but the food is tasteless. Hotel facilities, bathrooms, carpets out dated, needs renovation, not suitable for 5 star rating . There is no beach area for the hotel. If you have to choose this hotel pack earplugs.

Large room, nice view, comfortable bed. Checkin and checkout were very slow. Elevator was extremely slow.

We had a nice stay altogether. We had very noisy neighbors (or very thin walls...) the hotel moved us to a different room that was more quiet. Food at breakfast is cold and does nit change at all from day to day. Fresh juice costs extra.

I cannot find anything wrong to tell about our stay in this nice Hotel. The room, the stuff, the comfort , the food...To be recommended to my friends!

Both rooms wreaked of cigarettes the rooms were simply dated. The staff were unhelpful and the breakfast was horrendous. Will never stay again.

Excellent property. Great pool, great bar! I will definitely visit again!
