The room is clean. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel. It is near the Umong Market but a bit far from the train station. Overall, it is good.

I like stay in this hotel, recommend hotel for vacation. Will be back if I go to Sapporo.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Susukino Station and close to the culinary center in this city. The hotel is clean even though the rooms are not too big, there is a hot water pool that can be enjoyed for free, there is a small supermarket in the hotel lobby which provides food for purchase. There is also a massage in the hotel lobby that we can enjoy at a rate according to the length of time. There is a washing machine to wash our clothes by paying with coins. Staying here was very enjoyable.

Frontline staff at check-in Talk to customers in a racist manner (but it may be due to personal habits). Other employees are ok. But what is not ok is the carpet, the pathway is dirty Everything is in a condition of improvement. And the distance of walking to Thanuki Kochi Road is far, but it is suitable for the price.

The room is 3 people. The room is not narrow but the room is very dark. There is only one small light. About the candle light, the staff asked. And cannot adjust So I have to open the window to get cold air to arrive.

I really enjoy stayed at APA Hotel Sapporo. The location of this hotel was very good, near Odori Park and subway, so we can go to snow festival easily. The other things that I like is they have a bathtub! So I can enjoy bathing everyday. Staff very kind and helpful. The room is quite enough for 2 people, but if you bring large luggage more than 2, I think it’s in-capacious, especially when you opened all the luggage. The price was good, except when there’s festival, it’s quite pricey but I think it’s normal, because almost hotel and other accommodation is in high demand and full booked.

I had an awesome stay at APA Hotel. The location itself is great and close with Odori Station within walking distance. The room was cleaned up everyday and we get new sheet everyday. Anyway, will stay here again if I come to sapporo again.

The location of this hotel is superb, very near to Tanukikoji Shopping street and very convenience for the Airport Transfer. Room is clean and staff is very friendly.

The room given was much smaller than seen in your Web site. Breakfast was very poor. The paid price comparing to what we got is way too expensive. I have to upgrade the room with extra cost. I am sure that I will not book through your website again.
