Nice hotel.. Happy to stay here

Very nice buffet breakfast. Strategy location, just opposite Kyoto Station

I'm on the 11th floor, and there's a free water dispenser and ice maker available for free. You can leave your belongings at the hotel. The hotel is also located right in front of the train station. What's unique is that the room still has a manual key...it's a bit heavy to carry around.

The room and toilet are clean, there is no smell of cigarette smoke.

The location is in front of Kyoto station, very strategic and the room is quite comfortable, not too cramped.

The room is so spacious and the location is splendid. Near bus terminal, shinkansen and train. Opposite of Lawson too. Easy to find food for kids.

Nice hotel in Kyoto. Near from the station. There is a Lawson Mini Mart close to the hotel. Very recommended.

Nice hotel and the room so comfort to stay

Kind of regret to stayed at this hotel. It is a very old style hotel with gloomy vibes. No smile receptionist when I checked-in. It doesn't feel like holiday when I entered this hotel. The only positive vibe was the location that is very near to the Kyoto station.

It is the perfect hotel, with quite a large room for those staying with a group of 3 persons and a very nice breakfast. Overall very comfortable, just in front of the bus terminal Kyoto station. Surely recommended!

Too bad there is no coin laundry.

It 's very close to station and just walking to the kyoto tower.

The room is spacious for 3 of us (2 adults, 1 child). The beds are nice too. Location is the best, just across Kyoto Station and Lawson. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke in the whole hotel when we stayed there. The staff said sorry already and opened the window. Fortunately, the winds are cool enough as we were there mid-December. Hope to stay there again but with no such problem.
