The room is so spacious and the location is splendid. Near bus terminal, shinkansen and train. Opposite of Lawson too. Easy to find food for kids.

Nice hotel in Kyoto. Near from the station. There is a Lawson Mini Mart close from the hotel. Very recommended.

Kind of regret to stayed at this hotel. It is a very old style hotel with gloomy vibes. No smile receptionist when I checked-in. It doesn't feel like holiday when I entered this hotel. The only positive vibe was the location that is very near to the Kyoto station.

It is the perfect hotel, with quite a large room for those staying with a group of 3 persons and, a very nice breakfast. Overall very comfortable, just in front of the bus terminal Kyoto station. Surely recommended!

The room is spacious for 3of us (2 adults, 1 child). The beds are nice too. Location is the best. Just across Kyoto Station and Lawson. Unfortunately the Air Conditioner broke the whole hotel when we stayed there. The staff said sorry already and opened the window. Fortunately the winds are cool enough as we were there mid Dec. Hope to stay there again but with no such problem

Hotel is just outside Kyoto Station

The hotel clerk is not too friendly and the breakfast tastes normal. It's better not to buy with breakfast. At the beginning of check inn there was a problem because we bought it through an application with breakfast but according to the hotel system it was not with breakfast. However, online agents decided to replace the additional costs for breakfast that we will spend and the reimbursement process was also fast. For the Hankyu Hotel itself, the location is very strategic right across from Kyoto Station near everywhere especially. It is suitable for exploration of the Kyoto area.

Old hotels might be renovated. Open the aza door using the key instead of the card model. Short platform. Room is a bit claustrophobic.

Friendly staff. Best location which nearby is Kyoto Station.
