Clean rooms and excellent staff

Perfect location for an early trip to Chichen Itza. Pool was a welcome break from the travel. Breakfast was one choice scrambled eggs and bread. Staff were friendly. For a one night stay it was value for money.

just across the street from the cenotis and 2 miles away from Chenin itza, rooms are clean, breakfast (scrambled eggs, coffee) family owned place. 5+

Restaurant and drinks were subpar, but courteous staff and decent room. Road noise was an issue. Worth staying one night for nearby sites, but not more. Could not get a refund for some of our stay we did not use.

Really affordable considering how close it is to Chichen Itza. The pool is a great place to relax at the end of the day as long as you don't mind a bit of traffic noise. The food was no-nonsense and satisfying. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Ik Kil Cenote across the road is beautiful too.

Hotel was a nice little property near Chichen Itza & Ik Kil. Don't expect the bathrooms to impress though.

Great location for getting to Chichen Itza first this before the tour buses and crowds. Hotel was clean and had a nice pool. Happy.

The place was comfortable enough. One outlet by the bed didn't work and the toilet kept running unless we jiggled the handle. I should have mentioned it to the staff but I kept forgetting. The staff was very good. The menu, though limited, was enough for us and the food was tasty. We enjoyed our short stay. It was convenient to Chichen monuments and to the large cenote park right across the street.

It's a charming, dated motel, family run for over 40 years. It is directly across from Cenote Ik Kil, which is AMAZING! There is a restaurant on site with a limited menu of well prepared food, my burger and fries were delicious. It's not fancy but it's clean, safe, has it's charms and is an incredible bargain. Also just minutes from Chichen Itza.
