Location fantastic close to cafes beach boardwalk. Lift access to upper floors

The room was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The windows can be opened. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel is perfectly centered in the town. We would definitely stay again.

Good stopover - very comfy bed

Our stay at the Millennium was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable we loved the bathroom! large shower, great water pressure and a spa bath. we enjoyed the location on the water front and being so close to the city centre food options are endless the shopping was great. The staff were friendly and ensure you have a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting Taranaki.

Location

The property is fine. Good location. Easy access to the Coastal Walk, which was lovely. Centrally located to all the downtown restaurants/shops, etc... MAJOR ISSUE - we woke up to NO WATER on our last day. No warning, no update given. Upon checking out, we were not offered any discount for the inconvenience and were only given 1 water bottle. We could not brush our teeth, shower, use the toilet. Awful experience.

Hotel was great and in a very central location. Not impressed with the restaurant service. Food was delicious but had to wait 10 mins for our drinks and almost an hour for our meal.

Could here traffic and we were in far end away from road

Overall property was good but for the price parking should be included. There was times over our stay that carpark was full and we were advised to park in the street....not good enough for the price paid

Great location - walked into town and to the lights. Great outlook - will be back.

Penthouse suite was lovely. Location is amazing. Views are gorgeous. Right in town. Right beside walkway.

Room and Hotel stay was really pleasant, bed comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. Staff friendly, polite, respectful and helpful.

No shower curtain, loo paper roll holder fell off the wall. Noisy room (street traffic, rubbish collection despite requesting a quiet room. Rang after departure to be advised we’d used minibar items when we hadn’t. Not a great experience but room was clean and fresh.
