Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. However I am still waiting on my $50 deposit to be returned to my account. I do not like how long that takes to be returned. The room was okay. Would have been better without the giant desk in the middle of it. Other than that the room was clean and well maintained.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet! The bed was great and I slept well for my one night stay. Love that this hotel is pet friendly! The coffee could be better but overall we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!

What a great property! Atmosphere as you walk in and the lobby itself makes you feel welcome, are clean and tastefully decorated. Our room had a “kitchen” that was tucked into an alcove so that you didn’t feel as though you were sleeping in the kitchen! A comfortable sofa/table to sit on/at, large shower and bathroom with guest toiletries and a bed with lovely linens and pillows! Downtown entertainment district is less than 2 miles away with restaurants and other Omaha favorites! Would definitely recommend!

Room was nice and clean, water pressure was a bit spotty in the morning.

Great centrally located at Midtown Crossing. They have a parking garage, but we just parked on the street across from the hotel instead of paying $15/night and never had a problem finding a spot. Also, free breakfast and chocolate chip cookies for free at the front desk in the late afternoon? Yes please!

Great hotel for the price

The property and the room were all great. We had a difficult time getting to the hotel because of all the street construction. Not the hotels fault but very annoying. Continental breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I booked this location through Orbitz for my mom. When she checked in they asked for her credit card for incidentals which is ok but they charged her for the room too and now noone will call me back. Noone from Orbitz and noone from Element. Super tired of chasing people for their mess up. I just want my money back.

Enjoyed the complementary wine, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast. The only thing I did not understand was that it took a very long time for the shower/basin water to become warm/hot.

They have no parking so you have to use a parking garage. So when i used the parking they double charged me. When i talked to the service manager they said they would reimburse me for the over charge. I never got reimbursed.

I think the hotel needs to be renovated. It is not well-lit and very few amenities.

Our experience was wonderful! Everyone was super friendly, our room was comfortable and clean, and the places we were visiting were close by. We did get woken up in the middle of the night, due to someone arguing in the middle of the road, but obviously the hotel cannot control that. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we will be staying at the Element hotel again!
