The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and in a very convenient location.

Staff was kind. Plenty of self-service facility including vending machine, microwave oven, etc. Room is quiet even the hotel building is beside railroad tracks. Only problems are very limited parking space and early-closing restaurant.

The public bath was very good, but it was a pity that it could only be used at night. It would be nice to be able to use it in the morning.

The hotel has a great onsen. It is a little far from Fukui, the bed space a little small for 2, and we found a little overpriced in view of the location and the general condition if the place. The onsen was really nice

This is basically a nice Japanese business hotel. However, it has a onsen bath on the 9th floor. Very convenient to the bus and of course the station next door. Glad I did not stay at Kaga Onsen, but there may be some nice minshuku or cheap stays in Hashitate, which is a cool toen.

I stay in plenty of budget hotels in Japan, but this room was incredibly small, even for Japanese standards. Service was good though, but room just toooo small!

Stayed here for two nights in a small single room. Room was very small but contained everything needed and was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Location is great for the local railway station as it is right next to it. Not a great deal to do in the immediate surrounding area though.

Very little English spoken but the staff's helpful attitude more than makes up for it. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent value and great quality.

仕事の都合でチェックインが0時をすぎましたが、スタッフの対応が大変良かったです

とても綺麗ですごくよかった。 特にベッドがとても寝心地がよくて大満足でした！ 大浴場もありがたかったしまた泊まりたくなるホテルでした。

隣の部屋の音が漏れて不快でした。 掃除は意気届いていました。 スタッフの接客も良かったです。

部屋のトイレ初めて入るのに短髪の髪の毛が3.4本くらい落ちていて清掃が行き届いてないのでしょうか 朝大浴場の内風呂に入ったら何か白っぽい物が浮かんでいて 花の湯？入浴剤？石鹸の泡？垢？ もし花の湯や入浴剤なら張り紙してあったら安心です

泊車方便，酒店環境優靜，衛生整潔，職員很親切招待，露天浴場直得一試。

We did not have much time to enjoy the hotel. We were late to come to the hotel and left early
