I liked this spot quiet and was easy to get around in the town. Upgrading in process so was some miss haps. Otherwise great staff and lots of choices for breakfast. Would stay again possibly when the facilities are back in working order.

The people at the desk are very polite and helpful. They apologized for the inconvenience during renovations. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good.

Room was clean and comfortable. Gym and pool were under construction and we were not notified until after the room was booked. Right next door to the casino.

All ok, but upper floors and exterior under renovation during our stay so it was noisy and dustier than normal

We had a terrible stay! The place has become so run down. Our room was dirty and the hotel in general was dirty. We found a bed bug in our BED! When I woke up the next morning, I and the people we travelled with had swollen faces and pounding headaches. I suspect that we were having some kind of reaction to the construction dust or insecticide used for bed bugs. The team at the front desk were not welcoming. The only team member who was friendly to us during our stay was the chef or woman refilling the breakfast items. I would not recommend staying here. So incredibly disappointing!

Beds comfortable, breakfast included. The lady running the breakfast was excellent with customers.

Place is under construction. Had them working Saturday morning right outside if my window at 7 maybe 8 am. Wasnt pleasant to wake up to. But the staff was very helpful.

Lots of renovation work, room and amenities are quite old and have stains, very noisy in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Staff is nice and lobby was average and includes breakfast. But giving poor rating as room price is not cheap compared to other holiday inn suites that have much better amenities.
