The staff. They make you feel home. The hotel simple and old but clean in a nice area. There is always someone at the reception and they are very helpful

Basic room. A little tired. Not more than a 2 minute walk to the sea. Friendly staff.

For the price the quality of the hotel wasn’t good enough

staff is friendly and helpful. rooms are loud because of the locks and acoustic hallways. location is a little strange but just a bit more walking and reflected in the price. excellent bar across the street with super proprietor and OK food.

We needed somewhere cheap but comfortable and Hotel Cristal lived up to both needs well. Staff were very friendly and room sufficient. Good shower. Not so good for parking as all the roads around the hotel were packed. We found a spot in a road about 7 minute walk away. On the second night we did find a spot in the same road.

Nice hotel, good deal for the price. The receptionist only speaks Spanish and sometimes they pop out and lock the doors, but othetwis had a pleasent stay and friendly staff.

Si quieres un sitio de lujo no lo es. Es un sitio normal para descansar y asearse. La ubicación es genial al lado de la playa y el estadio de Riazor.El personal muy amable, te facilitan todo lo que necesites. Muy bien la máquina de chuches, agua, café y microondas abajo. 😊

The vending machine not even had water. We arrived late from a concert and there was nothing to drink except Coca Cola and beer. The tv remote control did not work. Couldn’t watch tv.

Ha sido una buena experiencia. Fue muy barato, a pié de playa y al lado del estadio Riazor. La verdad que muy buena experiencia.

EL PRIMER DIA ME DESPERTO A LAS 4 DE LA MADRUGADA, EL RUIDO LAS RISAS Y LA CONVERSA DE LA GENTE QUE ESTABA EN LA HABITACION DE AL LADO QUE SE IBAN, NO HAY SECADOR DE PELO, LAS TOALLAS NO SECAN Y NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO

Estuvimos varios días y tenemos el cuerpo lleno de picaduras (puede que de chinche). La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, sobre todo en el baño. Los colchones eran viejos al igual que las sábanas y cortinas (rotas). No volveremos.
