Awesome

Not only is the hotel in a great location for events at Spa Francochamps but the reception and waiting staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way for us. Underground parking was great with wide bays for the car (car peeps will understand) and the buffet breakfast was well stocked and replenished constantly by the waiting staff.

We stayed here like most people because we were heading to Spa-Francorchamps the next day. The hotel seemed nice o line but was even nicer in person. Thankful I decided to spend the extra few dollars to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Having the doors open at night and in the morning was lovely as was walking out on the balcony and seeing the entrance to Spa right there. Food and drinks were also good at the bar/restaurant.

Nice tidy rooms. Breakfast was poor with many items missing. Hotel was and restaurant where extremely hot and poorly ventilated for an expensive hotel

The Personell were very friendly and competent. Rooms very clean and modern. Restaurant, personell, excellent service, food very good, just maybe a little bit expensive

If you are going to circuit Spa Francorchamps. This is the place to stay. Great location, and very nicely executed decor.

This hotel and it's staff are absolutely fantastic. From the moment you come to the moment you leave the staff are professional, courteous and friendly. The restaurant is good (if a little expensive) and the whole hotel has a great ambiance. I've stayed here evr since the hotel opened and will keep coming back when I visit the Spa race track.

Lovely hotel, located very near Spa track, may not be ideal if you want a retreat with a lie in on a track/event day though, however perfect for what we wanted, food is good in the restaurant, bar is great.
