This hotel was perfect for our stay. I definitely recommend it and will come back. It met our hotel standards. It’s walking distance from downtown. Please note there is no AC. Five stars

Lovely hotel and great location. To get an Excellent I would have liked a stand up shower as opposed to sitting in a bath.

Found an absolute gem of a hotel. Location is perfect and quiet beautiful. Easy walk to main square Hotel is quaint and packed with character, if you want chain levels of decor find somewhere else. everything you needs for a stay, lift to floors, parking for; motorbikes. Daily cleaning,. Breakfast great, continental buffet style. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

This property is fantastic, it is ideally located for walking into the centre of Bruges. The staff were welcoming on our arrival. They allowed me to park my motorbike in the rear yard which was extremely secure. The room was extremely comfortable and had coffee/tea making facilities, with a very good supply of toiletries. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was superb. This hotel is superb value and we highly recommend it and will be returning.

Place was nice. I would recommend. Only minor concern was only a hand shower, no shower. Great breakfast, but not included, at least with ours.

We loved the view of the canals from our room. The building was beautifully old but well maintained and very clean and comfortable. Everyone was helpful and kind especially with my panic over the purchase of train tickets.

Perfect location overlooking the canal, and a short walk into the centre. Bikes available to borrow, and the breakfast pastries in the lobby was a lovely touch so they didn't go to waste. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downsides for us were the lack of air conditioning and the difficulty showering as the over-bath shower had no hook!

Great location and very helpful host!

The place was lovely and the owner was very nice and accommodating! We traveled with our 2 year old and there were always treats for him, they provided a free toddler bed and the overall stay was great!
