Third time stopping here and they listened to each request from each stay in order to make my visit more comfortable

24 hours service and amazing breakfast but it was lots of dust in my room

We enjoyed our stay here - breakfast in particular was very good, with great gluten free options. We were less keen on the idea that your room isn’t cleaned unless you book it in advance, they didn’t ask about this on reception when we arrived and when I booked the cleaning on line their system didn’t work. I found the whole policy and the way they went about it irritating. Hotel is in a great location and aside from the cleaning issue, the rooms were nice with good beds.

Great location for trains and ferries and many eating places nearby. Everything was in walkable distance and the hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. Good choice for breakfast with free hot drinks available in the lobby or a bar.
