Very nice and comfortable hotel, staff is friendly and helpful, access is easy, breakfast is good.

Clean room, comfy bed, good service and hotel location surrounded by several mall.

The location is in the centre of Hangzhou city. Unluckily, it's not clear enough to the taxi driver when we told and showed them the hotel booking print out, so they have to call the hotel by their handphone to send us to the right hotel. The hotel itself is above the mall, the receptionist is on 7th floor of the mall. The room is ok, but not luxurious. The view is superb. Just a walking distance you can find a bridge, river, and it was beautifully lighted. Nice surrounding
