I had a room away from traffic and it made my short stay very pleasant! The staff was very welcoming.

The sheets had stains and the blanket had hair on it. They didn't even make up my room the second day.

Nice park beside it

Lots of dog owners when arrived so lots of pets staying in rooms, floors were cement so less of an issue. Room was aged and needed renovation, but main issue was the beds. They caved in and rooms above were so loud, with footsteps. Would not stay again because of beds/noice. Rooms were basically clean just very “used” and old.

Nice little park right across the road if you have children. Little disappointed in the hot breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Was very clean. Not to much in the immediate area other than what is in the Parkwood plaza.

Teh mattress on my bed was a little wonky. I think the base needs to be fixed or the mattress replaced.

Needs an overhaul. Limited staff.

We thought we found a gem of a hotel until our smoke alarm started chirping at 10PM. We called the front desk to tell them. She wanted us to change the battery. We refused to climb up on the swivel desk chair. Her manager said she wasn’t allowed to come to our room to change it. It kept chirping. Finally my husband went down and he had to stay at the front desk while she came up to replace the battery. It took her 10 minutes to try to fix it and finally left the smoke detector dangling near the ceiling.

Nice facility. Location a little inconvenient for me, but a very pleasant overnight stay.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, carpet was in great condition. Nice room for a reasonable price.

Very clean, older hotel. Breakfast was subpar.

Pros: Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Microwave, Keurig maker, water came up to temp fast. If you have children a park is next door. Great value. Cons: Breakfast wasn't super...but appreciated it non-the-less. Hard to make the oatmeal provided without a microwave!
