When we arrived and got our keys we went upstairs and the keycards were inactive. This happened the entire two days. Due to not having the door do not disturb signs for the guest the maid came in while i was getting dressed The bathroom door made this loud sweaking sound and the door would not stay open. It would slam shut, so we had to use a towel to keep it propped open The last morning at 8a the maintenance man tried to get in the room, luckily the top lock was on the door, when my husband opened the door he said my bad i had the wrong room. We couldn't get back to sleep so it ruined our morning. Overall this was not a pleasant stay. We've stayed in holiday inns many times and had no issues but this is making me question my next reservation. Someone should be in touch with my husband.

I loved the free parking area which was plentiful, well lit, and secure. I enjoyed being next to a Waffle House for breakfast.

My room smelled like mildew/mold. The scent was overpowering. I reported up the chain and I was told that they had three people check it and it didn’t smell like it to them. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work and the vents were overflowing with dust. The manager said he would call me to resolve the issue and he never did. This was after I talked to many people to resolve the issue. I was moved to a room the next day but there didn’t seem to be anyone that wanted to work with me on the original room my family was in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I do appreciate the assistance from Monita as she seemed to want to assist however she could.

Smelled like weed outside the hotel. Also me and my husband would never stay at Holiday Inn again because the 4th floor they put us some soccer team had a party in their room and it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep all night so we left the hotel early to go somewhere else to get some rest. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Arrived after 1 am - staff checked us in quickly. Bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room quite spacious!

Nice hotel, loud music in lobby, hard to hear clerk. Clerk was friend helpful. Room nice and comfy. Good coffee. Breakfast was available for a small fee and excellent with wonderful choices. Hotel was a bit overpriced

When we got to the hotel after driving for 10 hours, the hotel claimed that someone from Expedia called and canceled our reservation a couple of days early. The hotel had given our room away. We had to drive 2 more hours to find a hotel that had rooms available. We will not stay with them again

Room clean...I wanted a room by elevator...Before I could complete my sentence to ask for room by elevator clerk said " I do not have anything available". As I walked to my room at the end of the hall ..I saw several rooms cleaned with the door open... After my event..Same clerk .I asked for extra pillows ..Before I could finish my sentence the clerk said the hotel was full and no extra pillows
