Awful bed,so noiay eith heat pump fans buzzing all night long. Old,dated,dated room. Cheap but not cheerful

Staff were brilliant, needed an extra fan and pillows which they happily got. Room is basic but clean and has everything you need, for the price its great. You cannot hear the m6 with the windows shut.

Lovely stay and such friendly staff both in the Days Inn and in the service station.

Reception was like booking into a prison. Arrived at midnight, and the receptionist sat behind a grille so everything had to be at arms length. The room was grubby, carpet could do with a damn good clean. Shower a waste of time, you needed to get right up to the wall to get wet. At least the bed was comfy for the 6 hours we slept in it. Fortunately this was a one-off stop, never to be repeated.

What you would expect from a hotel in a service station . But nice and quiet and dog friendly. To the side of the shops .

Handy for Stafford, but access from southbound M6 only is very inconvenient

Clean, comfortable, safe, and surprisingly quiet for a motor service area inn. Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms could use some updating, like maybe some outlets near the bed.

Water in room 9 bathroom was too hot. Struggled to cool it down

Fairly standard motel in a rest stop on the M6. Food and amenities available at same stop.

Easy free parking. Welcomed with a smile. Easy check in and right next to the services to be able to grab some food. Room was very clean and had everything we needed, I had a nice bath. The bed was very comfy and the room was a great temperature unlike lots of hotel rooms which I find absolutely boiling during the night! Great value for a night passing through!

No where to get a decent breakfast. Only McDonald's or Costa. Both very undesirable.

Very friendly check-in service, couldn't have asked more from this lovely lady. On arriving in the room it was freezing, the windows were open and the heating off, this was probably down to them trying to get rid of the wet dog smell. Other than the smell, the room was spacious, tv worked, hairdryer to use and shower gel provided with one large towel and one small. Extra pillows were available in the wardrobe. We left around 8am, the reception desk wasn't open at this time but we didn't need anything so used the drop box for keys and left. The car park is free for customers of the hotel, you register your car with them on arrival. Cheap and cheerful, would stay again. Purpose of the stay was for the local parkrun which was about 15mins away. Wetherspoons is also about 15mins away.
