Hotel was conveniently located for our need. Cheerful and helpful staff. The room was spacious with tea/coffee making facilities , bed very comfortable, the shower great. Hotel itself seemed a bit tired, could do with an uplift. The only issue I had was that breakfast arrangements were not clear when I was making the booking.

Really lovely welcome at reception and my request for a quiet room was more than fulfilled. The room was so quiet and the beds comfortable it was exactly what we needed from a quick stop motorway services hotel. OK it's not a 5* luxury hotel but the room was excellent value for money and the warm welcome was worth that alone

Great wee room does need a wee bit hoovering done but bed sheets clean and bed is comfy I stayed in room 2 got a awesome sleep the lady who was working those two night was so helpful and such a lovely lady she helped me both nights Fri and sat. I went to get breakfast from McDonald’s the both mornings and had plenty snacks in room. We took our fire stick with us and watched a movie on the sat night and Wi-Fi worked brill

The lady at check in was fantastic. So friendly and bubbly and helpful The room in itself was a good size for a family of 3 but it was pretty tired and it hadn't been cleaned the best. The beds were clean and comfortable enough We were giving a room right above the entrance door and when we went to bed the room was very noisy every time the automatic doors opened and closed

A welcome opportunity to sleep on a long drive that had had unexpected challenges. However, I didn't like that they asked for so many details when I checked in, "because [hotels.com] doesn't send them to us."

It’s a nice simple hotel on the M6 motorway The staff are polite and really helpful.

Lady at front desk very friendly. Hotel a bit dated but room was clean and fine for a one night stay.

I was given 2 single bed room and thats not what i booked. I went to reception to query it and there was nobody there. Waited half an hour, phoned, pressed the buzzer. Had to give up and go to sleep

Room previously had a smoker in it as there was ash on window sill. Fire alarm went off few times in the middle of the night. No notification from staff to say it was safe to stay in rooms.

Bed was hard didn’t get any sleep
