The evening I ate there coincided with a busy wedding reception and as a result there were delays. Not the staffs fault - they were clearly working flat out

This is a good hotel with friendly staff and generally good all round service. Nice bar area thats quiet. Table waiting could be improved not in the service generally which is very good but attention to detail such as condiments on tables especially when serving things that need them. Some staff ask but others can miss. This is not a big thing and overall i would definitely recommend. Some staff are very good at explaining especially if you have not stayed there before...others make assumptions.

Beautiful hotel. From walking through car park right to room - everything, everywhere was clean, tidy and really well looked after. Restaurant serves really good quality food and the staff were fabulous - even though they were really busy with a wedding party. The room was amazing - lively size, spacious and clean. All facilities (kettle, hairdryer etc) all available and good quality.

Great place to stay and very close to the job of work

The room was spacious and comfortable, although was really hot the first night we stayed we had a fan in the room which cooled us down. The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially the lady serving and accomodating breakfast in the morning, she made our stay and we only saw her 2 mornings for a few minutes but she was so friendly and accommodating with a really good character, a real asset to the Hotel, i would stay there again just to have her serve me breakfast!

Second time we have stayed at Ashbourne Hotel, and again the service was impeccable. Even though there was a wedding on, we didn’t feel like we were in the way or our needs couldn’t be met. Stayed in Room 310 (first floor) which was a quiet and comfortable.

One of the main things that I thought was a great perk with this property. It’s a factor that they offer free EV charging. There is only two charges so it’s long as people share this works very well

Was ok but not amazing

Room 205 in the annex, had to go to reception at 1.30 am due to very noisy pipes/heating system. Staff were good and gave us the choice of two other rooms to sleep in but we were able to leave our luggage in original room until checkout. Annex quite noisy when people coming and going but rooms and beds comfortable

Uncomfortable room and bed, bathroom looked like it had had some maintenance done that day but not cleaned & the hallway smelt strongly of chemical, possibly paint thinners or mastic, room grubby and very hot plus an uncomfortable bed. The building and restaurant are very nice.

Arrived late due to unexpected extended stay to support customer. Night Porter did not know how to book me in, had to book night via Expedia website. Night Porter phoned manager to support him getting me a room. Then found room had not been cleaned. As was 10:30pm at night and needed sleep for early start the next day, put up with issue in room.

We stayed whilst attending a local wedding. The staff were really helpful & friendly. The room was comfortable & clean. They even had hot chocolate in the room, as someone who doesn’t drink tea & coffee is something I really appreciate.

room 202 bathroom fan shook the foundations but other than this everything was on point. I would defiantly return.

evening meal wasnt the best , edible but not the greatest id had , bedroom was spacious whirlpool bath was nice ,loads of noise from car park

Check in was abrupt and demanded payment for room at check-in, before seeing tbe room. Hotel was extremely noisy, load groups somewhere after 10pm, staff unconcerned. Breakfast very limited. Dinner was enjoyable but again limited.

The rooms are now looking a bit dated , the TV's need updating to smart TV's. The rooms dont match the beauty of the externals of the hotel

This place stinks. Sat in the restaurant for 40mins watching the circus of staff somehow try and cobble a dinner service together between them. Drink was brought to me with the bottle cap still on. Someone else’s drink brought to my table. Asked for a menu, never arrived. I sat there for ages waiting to be served before giving up. If this is the level of attention to detail during a dinner service, I dread to think what’s going on in the kitchen, I’d rather not find out. Delivery truck pulled up outside my room at 5am making a hell of a racket. There was some creepy hate speech message written on my mirror in the bathroom which freaked me out. Why wasn’t the mirror cleaned properly? The ironing board looked like it had just been washed up from the beach. Door wasn’t securely locked at night-time. Breakfast was utter crap, coffee tasted like it was fresh from the oil refinery pipes. I know Immingham and this area is a bit of a pit, but I expected better.
