The hotel is in the middle of the classiest street in town. You are literally in front of Cezanne:sothers house and only a few minutes walk from almost anything of note in the old city center.

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful old town of Aix-en-Provence and we were so happy to return to our super comfortable and very clean hotel room every night. We appreciated the robes and slippers, the comfortable beds, the overall elegance of the hotel, and the friendly staff.

Great little hotel, very central with friendly and helpul staff. Nice breakfast and bar. Quiet and clean. If you have a car and are uncomfortable driving in very, VERY narrow streets, leave the car in the nearby parking garage Parc Mignet, only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Arriving to the property and parking was a hassle

It was well located. The waiters and receptionists at the front desk were great at offering suggestions about interesting things to do. The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms were too dark.

The location is very convenient to access restaruants and shopping. However, if you have a room facing the street, it can get noisy at night if the window is open. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Bonne literie et hôtel bien situé mais tarif excessif par rapport aux prestations proposées voire attendues : plateau de courtoisie minimal, chambre peu spacieuse, petit-déjeuner simpliste, spa avec surcoût de 30 € par personne.

Staff and location were excellent! However, access to the property was difficult and stressful. We stayed there for 11 days and drove around Provence most days. Our return trip always caused anxiety because of bollards not always working properly. There should be easier access to the hotel which was in a great location.

Staff were helpful and kind. Spa was very good for our massages. Glad we didn’t try hotel parking- too complicated. Instead we used Park Mignet, as we were in and out several times a day because we had friends out of town and did several day trips. Not your fault, but the mistral was more than we expected.

Jan 24 - excellent location in the heart of the beautiful city - great well appointed room, dog friendly and nice breakfast - access by car is a bit tricky as you have to get past the city traffic free bollards, but ok, will stay again

Nice room. Nice lighting. Great restaurants all around. The location is cut off from normal motor traffic so that makes it impossible to get Uber so keep this in mind. Chairs were a little wobbly. We had the “Do Not Disturb” sign posted and the staff knocked anyway before 9am. When we came outside the DND sign was gone. We told the front desk manager later and she said it was a mistake they made. Annoying. Most front desk staff was friendly and helpful except for one seemed to be unhappy to be there and never smiled. She was communication-challenged and had to get very simple things or questions explained to her 2-3 times. Her boss seemed annoyed with her and finally took over.

Wonderful Hotel. Everything about it was top notch. The only exception is what others have said...it. is a nightmare to get to by car but I wouldn't ding the overall quality and value of this establishment. Be prepared to be confused beyond belief as to how to get to it. Because it is in the foot traffic area only, you will need to use the call boxes at the street baracades for security to lower them for passage and entry to the area the hotel is.

The staff here was amazing. The people who work the front desk were were so helpful with EVERYTHING!!
