Väldigt sköna sängar, mycket trevlig bastu. Kul med bowling, sportbar med trubadur mm.

Modern and well facilitated.

Very comfortable hotel in Gallivare. I found it a bit overpriced, but there were no alternatives in the area, so I had to accept it. Location is excellent, across the street from the train station, bus stop and tourist information office.

The smoking just drifts to your window with windows open. They attract unique people from train station and bus station...

The pool/roof terrace was closed with no mention before booking and we didn’t find out we had to book the sauna 2 hours before wanting to use it until we arrived at the sauna. Food was great, staff was very friendly.

Great hotel in an amazing location, o KY a 15 min walk to see the northern lights. Hotel has its own bowling alley as well! Staff were friendly and helpful too!

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. To be fair I have trouble sleeping when away so the low score is also my issue with sleeping. The queensize bed were two single beds put togheter. The gym was amazing and the restaurant/breakfast area nice. Nice big TV I brought an HDMI to be able to stream.

Was a convenient location for our trip.

It was Very Good. The service level was high amongst the staff and friendly. My room was never cleaned but apparently they clean the room only if you ask them to do it. Unfortunately I had no information about that. My mistake but still.

Let me just start off by saying the taste in music was brilliant! View and facilities were great. Bed was clean and comfy. Staff very friendly.

Free breakfast was fantastic!

We had a very nice stay. It was only 1 nt. But it was very enjoyable. We had a fabulous dinner on site at the restaurant. They served us even tho they were busy and we did not have a reservation. They were very accomodating. Our room was very spacious and had a nice view.

Vi bodde tre nätter och allt var till belåtenhet! Servicen,Sängarna, frukosten och tillgängligheten till bastu och poolen på taket ! Om vi skulle anmärka på något så var det dörren till toaletten!! SÅ opraktisk.!!

Rummen var fräscha men väldigt gammalt generellt på hotellet. Servicen var ej bra, fick plastglas då det inte fanns fler rena, internet låg nere under de två dagar vi var där. Svårigheter med betalning, man fick swischa. Finns verkligen potential till förbättring.

For the price of the room, the standard was low. The same for the breakfast. Some days later I was staying in a hostel with better choice and higher quality at breakfast. One of the elevators was not working. The only special point was the open swimming pool on the roof. In the roof bar it was very loud in the evening, the atmosphere there was not good.

Huone oli kulahtanut, mutta puhdas. Vastaaottohenkilökunta ynseää, mitään tietoa ei tullut kysymättä esim muutkin etsivät aamiastilaa, kun asiasta ei kukaan puhunut mitään, siivooja opasti ihmisiä.

Frokosten var middels, De som la ut brød brukte ikke hansker noe som er stryk. Pannekakene var ikke skikkelig stekte.

Hissen stannar då o då när man åker. Trots att vi larmade kom ingen…. Vi var där i 4 nätter o ingen städning gjordes. Frukosten är väl det vi är mest besvikna på när nätterna kostar 2700kr. Under all kritik.

Ett bra hotel med lite fler faciliteter än andra hotell. Lite slitet men ändå helt OK. Bra centralt läge i Gällivare.
