Very nice location, nice breakfast. The apartment was a bit outdated design wise, yet I would highly recommend this hotel for families

Very Godinez excelente, good breakfast

One of our group ended in hospital with appendicitis and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful in transport and engaging taxis, extending our stay and just being lovely people. Our suite was spacious and lovely to be in.

I loved it

The location is good and the staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good and coffee quality was just right. If you need parking they have a parking lot about 200 m walk that is about 59€ a night. Or you could leave your car on the street parking(at your own risk).This is to be expected in Prague, so no complaints there. We are a family of three, so the one bedroom apartment setup was more than enough space for us! The rooms match the city(charming), but are updated for modern expectations. The only complaints from my wife was the shower was a bit small. Very pleased and worth the money.

This has been the most pleasant stay I have had while in Prague (6 years coming to the city) for business as a solo traveler. Here for 2 weeks, the staff and accommodations top rate!. The breakfast delicious and varied, the reception team helpful, including business support for urgent documents to pdf and an umbrella to fight off a sudden rain storm. The cost /quality excellent. the opportunity to have a quasi home feel with the room and small kitchen area were appreciated after being away for a long period. I will not even think twice for a return stay. 5* experience!

Perfectly situated with friendly bilingual staff. Desk and food service were excellend Housekeeping good.

Fab location, nice and quiet. Great size rooms, with plenty of space for a family. Located close to Prague centre in a pleasant area with lots of cafes, bars and food places. Staff friendly.

The Hotel was awesome! Huge room with a kitchen, and a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay walking distance to the old town Square. Nice room very clean . Great staff happy to help.

Helpful and nice Max at the reception, the area, the huge rooms, the amanities in it. Everything was wonderful. The only thing was you have to order eggs if you want, or if you want them to make puncakes... I would prefer these available at the buffet instead. And if I would look for any lacks... there were not enough hooks at the buthroom to hang a buthrobe and a towel etc.

Overnight sleep for a business trip. Nice staff and room was clean and very spacious.

Inget speciellt, och lite halvtaskig frukost med smutsiga bestick, tallrikar och glas. Ok personal med service men inte speciellt bra på engelska och vissa diskussioner uppstod för förklaring. Rummet var ok och bra städat. Rummen är VÄLDIGT lyhörda!!! Vår andra natt fick vi erfara detta extra mycket då en barnfamilj checkade in vid 01 på natten och talade, skrek m.m och väckte hela vår familj. Väldigt lyhört via trapphuset in till rummen också. Halvtråkig rum och riktigt tråkig hall i rummet. Kanske lite mer uppfräschning hade gjort det lite med trevligt och uppskattat. Plus om man kunnat ha tv i sovrummet för dubbelsängen. Via hotellets info sida kostar transfer till och från hotell 24€ men när man talar med personalen kostar den 30€ och det är fel på deras sida. Liten lobby och inget mer med det. Hissen får knappt 2 fullvuxna personer plats i. Vi fick ta hissen 3 gånger upp med våra saker och ner 3 gånger varje gång. Jag kommer inte besöka hotellet igen iallafall för mitt nästa besök till Prag.
