We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs. They were willing to answer questions about navigating Gallway and with other personal needs. Breakfast was great, place very clean and excellent staff.

This place is a must-stay for visitors to Galway who want to be away from the busyness of the City Centre. Though a little away from the centre of town, there is bus that runs regularly that gets you there in 10 minutes (buy a Leap Card). The staff are very gracious, always making you feel welcome and at-home in the hallways. The front desk is exceptionally helpful in responding to questions, looking up information online, and attending to guests' needs. We also commend Sajeesh for keeping our room so neat and clean everyday. The bistro restaurant has many options on the menu and food is excellent. Thank you for making our first stay in Galway so comfortable and memorable.

The staff were very helpful and the food at the restaurant was really tasty, great value and good portion size. Our room was really well laid out, with a mini fridge, a lovely large bathtub/shower combo with great pressure and lots of hot water. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had the best sleeps.

Our room is lovely your staff was incredible we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast in the morning and we really enjoyed watching the Masters in your bar area what a fun group of people highly recommend this hotel hopefully we will be back your whole staff was wonderful but we especially like to give a shout out to the girl that checked us in I believe her name was Danielle adorable just so friendly kind helpful give that girl a raise

Spacious, clean room with an actual king bed. Breakfast had plenty of options and if you pay the night before it’s discounted. You really can’t beat the options or price. Ate in the bistro three of our nights and each time food was great with an attentive staff.
