Great place to stay, close to everything. Comfortable bed.

Front desk only had 1 person most of the time. The staff was very nice though. It’s an older hotel and it shows

Every thing was great

Peg friendly, clean room with very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was great, Hallway Carpet is old and worn out, did not use any of the amenities in the hotel. Staff makes the stay very enjoyable.

Very friendly check-in and house keeping staff. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a very nice gesture. Our room was immaculate and the bonus of having a distinct sitting room made our trip special. Great quiet location close to shopping, restaurants and major roadways.

They where nice

Very comfortable stay and got a great Black Friday price for this trip that sweetened the deal. Staff were friendly, checked on me with a call to my room after check-in to make sure everything met expectations, and the room amenities were perfect. Great restaurant a few steps away and parking was a bit tight, but super convenient and plenty of spaces. Easy entrances in and out off the main roads.

Enjoyed the stay

Excellent staff at this location. Kudos to Emma for going above and beyond on many of our stays. This visit due to a change in our circumstance we required a different bed set up and we got upgraded to a more suitable room. Only thing missing in my opinion from this hotel is a pool and hot tub.

It was mostly good, but there was a burnt out light in the bathroom, which should’ve been obvious that it needed to be addressed

Beautiful huge suites with kitchen, fireplace and a separate bedroom. Only downfall was no airport shuttle, no pool or hot tub and no free breakfast.

The suite was spacious and well appointed, comfortable bed. It’s a bit shabby not sure why they would put MDF trim in a bathroom as it’s falling apart.

Easy check in and out, large rooms that are very clean.

This place is dated and the general room maintenance is low.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front office staff in the morning during check out were short and abrupt. Felt like it was an imposition to check out early.
