Location about 10 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants but in a quiet area which is good. Rooms are fine, a little tired. Breakfast I wouldn’t rate, few options for vegetarians unless you want to eat cake.

For the first 3 mornings the water would randomly turn off, and i'd be left without any water. After multiple complaints each morning was this finally resolved. The lack of heating control per room was also difficult to bare as it meant switching between an open and closed window

The hotel is poorly kept and dirty. The area is very unpleasant to walk

No a good place if u looking to stay inmersed in the culture is too far from town and the area is super dirty and not pleasant. This place is good for someone their is alone and have rental car.

Located in a short 15 minute walk from the centre it was a good base and came at a reasonable price. It’s a no frills kind of hotel in terms of facilities and staff, and Unfortunately our door did not lock.

A bit away from the center of El Calafate. Rooms are clean but small. Service was good.

Das Zimmer war zu klein, wenn man Gepäck dabei hat (wir 2 Rucksäcke). Das Zimmer ging zur Straße und war zu heiß. Man konnte nachts jedoch nicht das Fenster öffnen, weil der Straßenlärm dann zu laut war (schlechte Stahlbrücke die immer knallt, wenn ein Auto passiert). WLAN hatte man im Zimmer auch nicht. Das Frühstück wurde schon fast abgeräumt, als wir noch 30 Min Zeit gehabt hätten. Die Lobby ist schön und das Zimmer war auch.

Everything Nice and OK... only inconvenience is the wifi... poor connectivity all time.

We paid luxury hotel prices for what is really a hostel. The rooms are small and there are almost no amenities. All the other hotels we have had in Argentina have been superb but this one was a disappointment.

There was some sort of mishap involving my reservation. The management notified me of this almost a day in advance and had already made arrangements for me to stay at a 4-star hotel around the corner. This was excellent service on their part, taking the responsibility for my accommodations and keeping my experience stress-free. Bravo!

Very nice lobby. The hotel is located in quieter part of town, and closer than most hotels to the bus terminal. The WiFi doesn’t work well. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel not far from the city centre (~15min walk), rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet is good (incl. scrambled eggs!) and staff was friendly

Staff is very knowledgeable and nice helped me with an adapter for the energy which is 220. Very nice place

Location was great and staff personnel very kind. Good breakfast every morning
