Ice machine distributor broken had to get ice with our hands… Spa across the street is great. Staff very helpful No elevator, not practical to carry luggages in stairs.

No cleaning service in the property

Not enough light in the room to get ready for an evening show . Hallways very dark, room numbers very hard to see

staff and continental breakfast were very good

Great spot! Nicely decorated but would have been great to have bedside tables lamps instead of needing to turn on the over head lighting.

Hotel ambience was just an amazing. We had our breakfast outdoor while enjoying water view. Staff is very friendly and helpful I don’t speak French but staff communicate well in English. It’s a must visit Hotel. I will surely try to go there next time. Thank you Expedia and Thank you Hotel Le Rivage

Its a quiet location and a lot of restaurants

Strict policy when it come to 24 hour reservation on refund, but the place was great, the bed was comfortable. I could hear the water running at night.

Clean and right across the road from the spa

The pool is beating, breakfast is wonderful. I loved taking a long walk across the bridge and back every morning. Please give the lovely lady in the breakfast room a raise!

Property was excellent, just unfortunate how much construction was going on around the hotel
