Clean, great view opposite Kurrawa Beach. Quiet as Level 23. Good Air Con. Good kitchen. Comfortable beds.

So much space, perfect for a family of 4! And everything at your fingertips from restaurants and gyms, to cafes and supermarket, and the beach at the door. Epic stay.

Everything is great at Ultiqa except the parking. It takes forever to reach ultiqa parking.

Position Would have been better if little things like dishwasher detergent and sink detergent and tissues were in room

Perfect place to stay. Beach across the road and beautiful ocean view. Plenty of shopping including Woolworths, and pub at oasis shopping centre, underneath the apartments. The staff are excellent, and very helpful.

I was very happy with the accommodation, parking is a bit of a process however once you learn it is fine. Location was great

The ocean view room was absolutely fantastic. Close to the shops and food outlets, it’s so central to everything. Its a great place to stay but it needs an upgrade as things are looking a little tired

Unobstructed beach view. Clean apartment. Friendly helpful staff. Parking is less than good. Bit of a rabbit warren to get to park your car and quite a walk back to apartments

Fantastic location. We had a late check in and that process was pretty seamless. Great food options nearby, right across the road from the beach. 10/10 would stay again.

Our apartment was amazing. The views were stunning and it was spacious enough for our family. Being located above the mall made shopping and dining super convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Pretty expensive for what you get, there were some issues with the apartment (bathrooms had no fans, fridge leaked, TV remote didn't work). But the location is perfect (across road from beach) and facilities around are significant (supermarket right next door, plenty of restaurants within short walk).
