Location and view is superb and staff was helpful. Room is large and well maintained. However, the air-conditioning was weak, so the room got really hot from the morning. Advice was to keep all windows shut, but we found the best way was to shut all the windows during day time, then open them all when the outside cooled down. Stayed in the same property but a different room last year. Encountered the same issue.

Lucky to get a beautiful apartment high up and smartly furnished. Very clean and quiet. Superb location.

Overly tired, many non-functional facilities. You need to buy your own toilet paper, soap, bin bags, dishwasher tablets….

Amazing views. Great location. On top of oasis shopping centre and eateries. Room was a bit warm in the morning because of morning sun on windows.

Great location right on the beach with all amenities within walking distance. Very close to convention centre also. Lack of blockout curtains meant we slept quite poorly and some of the dishes were not well cleaned when we arrived but these were our only issues.

Perfect venue in Broadbeach. Convenient for any need. As a solo visitor, perfect for a beach getaway despite the weather.

Good stay, kids loved it, very convenient.

Nice unit with ocean view. Excellent location in walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. My 2nd stay here and plan to return again next year.

I liked the location being close to shops and restaurants. across the road from the beach and great views from our apartment. Also an easy walk to the casino and Pacific Fair.

We enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from our apartment was fantastic ! The accommodation was close to the beach ,many restaurants and supermarket which was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we encountered was with the security fobs for the lifts. There were times when they didn’t work but that was due to the hotel going through a transitional system upgrade of the lifts.

The carpark is ridiculous. The view is really the only thing i can say was outstanding with this property. For the money we paid i had expected more

Room clean and tidy. View from room amazing. 3 day weekend from Brisbane. Parked car in secure carpark and did not need until we left. everything we needed in walking distance. Plus the weather was perfect!

While the accommodation boasted a stunning view, the room itself was deeply disappointing. The bed was terrible, with an old, uncomfortable mattress that made sleeping difficult. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour, and the decor was tacky, featuring cheap furniture, five plastic plants, and an excessive number of seashell bowls. The crockery was mismatched, adding to the overall disarray. The lighting was harsh and inadequate, with only one bedside table available. Additionally, the air conditioning was unadjustable, making the room's temperature uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, providing excellent service despite the many shortcomings of the room.

The room was clean and well furnished. Great views of the beach. There was an almost overwhelming number of dining options for both lunch and dinner.
