Friendly and helpful staff all the time. Comfortable and quiet room. Two things to say: 1. The cook should keep an eye on the breakfast provision more regularly - some things ran out and were not replaced 2. TV service should be upgraded to offer more international channels and information about the hotel and Andenes

Excellent Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small gym, but it has everything you need. Breakfast included is great, free coffee in the lobby area and a nice sitting / hang out area in the lobby as well.

Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good.

Breakfast was amazing! Perfect location but parking was an issue since they were tearing up the parking lot and a tour bus was taking up lots of car parking spaces.

Very fast to respond to concerns or changes in itenerary. Good language skills of all staff. Clean room. A single room is truely a single but its clean and well laid out with good tv and coffee. Great breakfast. Really awesome that you can walk to airport. Just really enjoyed the stay

Hotel is located centrally in Andenes. Free Wifi. Rooms are clean and OK, but not luxurious. Nice breakfast buffet included.

The personell is friendly. The hotel breakfast is below expected standard. The rooms are also below standard. No refrigirator and a shelf system that did not fint into the cabord. Alhough coffe and tea i the reception

The only reason I stay in this hotel because of convenience of sea safari tour. It's a very old hotel that made me felt uncomfortable when I walked in. A poor room without electric kettle and hair dryer.

Vänligt och trevligt i Andenes, gångavstånd till hamnen och till några restauranger. Fräscht och bra rum, god frukost.

Hotellet var ved at få en tiltrængt renovering, men jeg syntes ikke det lever op til Thon hotel's normale standard. Rejste alene, men havde bestilt et standard værelse, og jeg er sikker på det var et single rum jeg fik.

Hôtel convenable mais l’accueil a l’arrivée était détestable avec un concierge qui nous fait patienter 20 mn car au téléphone. Ensuite très désagréable comme si on le dérangeait. Nous avons également payer 200 Nok pour 40 % de charge de notre batterie de voiture, ce qui est excessif

We had an excellent stay for 2 weeks. Very nice hospotallity and location is great. I can recomend !

Personnel très accueillant et soucieux de rendre service. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Pas de restaurant, mais une bonne option est le restaurant LYSHUSET qui jouxte l'hêtel.

Skulle sjekke inn 15.00, men fikk ikke rommet før kl.16:30!>
