Hotel over all was good. We were disappointed to see there is actually NO water slide at the pool, even though the photos show there is one and the deepest part of the pool is only 4 feet.

We just stayed for an overnight stay and the room was just what we needed. Very spacious, clean, and comfy.

Good service

The room was wonderful. The best wasn't to our liking, but perhaps it fits others needs. The reason for 3 stars for cleanliness is because the breakfast area was a disaster when we came down at 8. We know people stink and make messes, but food, batter, wrappers and paper cups all over the counter. We chose to go eat elsewhere.

The breakfast all three mornings was inedible and had to buy elsewhere. For this price, a decent breakfast is expected.

We got a room with a King bed and hot tub jacuzzi. I started filling the hot tub and dead bugs came out of the jet piping. Probably hasnt been used in a while. The water Intake cover had something weird/hair sludge on the inside of the cover. I cleaned out the 14 bugs in the tub but the weird dried hair/who knows what prevented us from using the jetted tub. The room was clean, sheets fresh. Bed wasnt super comfortable but worked. Pillows were fine. Breakfast was great.

Location was great. Beds comfortable. Pool hours convenient. Only bad thing was our shower pressure was soooo poor we had to hug the wall to get water over body. Shower sucked.

First impression not so great. My 2 year old son found a half full water cup by the window, i found a moldy ham rollup thing under the A/C unit, and wehn we opened up the hide a bed couch, the linens were all used. The small blue waterslide (as seen on the booking photos) was gone. The waterslide was the only reason i picked this hotel. My kids still had fun in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was fine. Im unable to add photos for some reason.

The property could use a little update but for the most part our stay was good. Could use new beds and i was disappointed about the waterslide not being there as was in the pictures

The front desk employee seemed put out to check me in. We had to use the sleeper sofa which when unfolded had a chunk of dried out brownie on it which grossed out granddaughter so she slept in her clothes. We had room with 2 queens and sofa and 4 guests. We only had 3 bath towels so my husband went to get another towel. Desk staff appeared to be on personal call but did lay down cell phone to go get a towel. When we left a half hour later we didn’t check out at front desk because customer and desk staff were yelling at each other. We heard staff say cops were on their way and as we pulled out 2 police cars pulled in. We have had good experiences at this location. This was not one of them.

Clean

It was convenient.

Pool was too cold to swim in, man at front desk was like a prison guard over the pool area. No food or drinks, we just wanted a family visit, granparents, grandkids and we felt harassed. The breakfast, alot of regular items were out of stock. Just very disappointing for this 56 year old grandma

Everything was great, just wish they would heat the pool! It’s freezing!

The property has had recent upgrades and improvements and was very convenient to the things I needed to do in Bismarck. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Pet friendly and reasonable price.

Felt like a safe area. Staff were very nice and everything was clean.
