Front desk manager…rude, rude, rude, Limited breakfast options each day. One of the chaffing dishes was broken. had no housekeeping scheduled on July 4. Original room set up lacked the correct number of towels. Very thin blankets. Won’t stay there again. Property, staff, and quality of hotel has drastically dropped from last year when we stayed there.

Was pleasantly surprised at the refresh that the LaQuinta brand has gotten. Hotel was great. The only issue was the pet fee was higher than advertised, and I was basically told too bad. Minor, but annoying.

The pictures of amenities is not what we got. For example, the pool does not have a slide. The hot tub was out of order. There were no towels in the pool area at all. Many things were out of order, including one of the breakfast hot serving areas, which made options for food less. Our stay wasnt horrible, but some areas need to be fixed by maintenance and the photos on apps like Expedia should be updated so you get what you are expecting.

Not maintained well. Shower had damage that gad not been fixed correctly. No coffee or even cups available. Had to ask to have food refilled. Staff discussibg issues in front of guests.

The experience was aweful, I arrived late that day just for them to say we dont have rooms because the rooms are not clean and they dont have anyone to do it. They knew early during the day but didnt bother to inform us. No apologies when we were told there is no rooms. Very unprofessional

Made reservation months in advance and paid room in full. We had 5 individuals and booked room with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Arrived to check-in and told our room wasn’t available and that we’d been moved to a king room with sleeper. We stated that wouldn’t work with 5 adults. No other option. Reason given that our original room wasn’t available - cleaning staff left without cleaning several of the rooms and our room was one of them. Unbelievable. No apology, no offer of a discount if took other room, no offer to try to find us a different hotel. No room at 10 pm in a city with all hotels fully booked. Avoid this hotel. Extremely poor customer service with questionable business practices.

We had reservations and completed online check-in early in the day. We showed up after 11pm since we were passing through only to discover they had no room available for us. Had never communicated this or provided any support in finding another room. The hotel might be fine, but support was definitely not.

Property showing age. Furniture in both rooms so worn it should be a source of embarrassment. Finally morning person blonde lady/manager?) very UNfriendly! Did not make feel people welcoming in any way. Wow! Definitely NOT coming back. Serious issues.

The staff is excellent. The place is clean and kept as well as it can be. Unfortunately, good people and service doesn’t overcome the deficiencies of this property. Beds and furniture are worn, threadbare, and used up. Except for the manager and staff, I wouldn’t return. I will probably try a different hotel for my next stay in Bismarck.
