Not clean and not comfortable beds

The only problem we experienced was we could not Login in their WIFI Quest Network. We had the same problem the last time we stayed at the Econo Lodge.

I had great stay at Woodstock inn and suites. I would recommend this hotel to other people as well.

I secured the room on short notice and at a very reasonable price. I arrived very late and checked out very early and wasn't able to enjoy the offered breakfast. I had some difficulty with the wifi and wasn't able to use it but sleep by that point was more important I am a poor sleeper and unfortunately for me, the bed was't as comfortable as I would have liked

A great place to stay on a budget

Lobby was small, and a bit shabby, but clean. Room was clean and comfy. Fine for a quick overnight when on the road.

This is an absolutely disgusting hotel... 1 minute after opening the door and seeing the stained beds, stained carpets, paint peeling walls I turned around and left immediately feeling that some sort of fraud must have been going on with the reviews shown on Hotels.ca. When asked for a refund for not staying at the hotel management has decided to ghost me. My most terrible experience booking with this website with non-existing service.

I liked the cleaness of the property. Would've been nice if staff had checked up and see if there was coffee, tea and cups in the room, because there wasn't.

Been before and was okay

I didn't like having to drag a suitcase in the snow to my car almost a block away. Probably won't stay here again

It was a nice stay

There was no identifying sign out front. I had to use the address. I had to park at the school. No parking on premises. There were wall repairs, cosmetic things that should have been looked after and were not. The owners are letting this building get run down.

Parking is not on site, but rather at the end of the street. They no longer offer breakfast. There is a strong smell of curry. I did not feel safe in this neighborhood. I think it is no longer associated with the Econolodge chain, because the sigh was not there and there was only a sheet of paper in the window stating Woodstock Inn and Suites.

Property is dated, beds need to be updated and pillows.

You get what you pay for with this hotel . Bathroom was questionable at best . Sheet were stained . To nervous to actual use the bed . Typical maximum gain for minimal effort

Good place, good pkace

The location is right downtown, immediate walking distance to restaurants, museum, historic buildings. No elevator and parking is half a block down the street. Also, it is silly that it hides its real name, which is Econo Lodge Woodstock. I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. The heating and cooling was perfect. Water was hot and pressure was good. TV and wifi worked. There was a slight gap under the door /no door sweep which made it feel like there was very little privacy in the bathroom. Free continental breakfast in the morning was 2 types of cereal, yogurt, breads and jams / cream cheese. I thought this place was a solid 6.8/10

I had a terrible night. The first room was bad enough, specially when I saw something moving on the bed and, to my complete dismay, realized they had bedbugs. I asked for a new room and even though it *looked* slightly better than the first one, it had an overwhelming cigarette smell and the shams and bedsheets were stained. The pillow actually smelled like it wasnt washed after previous guest. I woke up desperate for a shower, feeling disgusted. I will not recommend this place.

It would be nice if there was parking on the property.

The rooms are dated and bathrooms are small but for the price our stay was adequate and staff was great.
