Breakfast was very limited with poor choices . good for tea and toast only

This is the worst experience i had with any hotel ever. I have stayed in various hotels before but never seen such terrible service , facilities and rooms. The room was dirty. We asked for a fan at least 10 times because there AC was not working properly. Zero service. The lobby manager was very rude. Overall pathetic experiece for the kind of money they charged.

Nice property

Some hairs lying on the floor; No hand towels, No slippers. However good front office service and good breakfast. A tired looking property which needs refurbishment.

Cleanliness was lacking. Found hairs on the floor. No handtowels. Pillows were hard. No bath slippers either. Breakfast was good. Front office excellent. Very helpful. Car parking valet scratched my car. Saw it later. Very disappointing.

Not Radisson standard. Spa was terrible. Dispute between the staff was shared with customer. Their credit card swipe did not work. They did not have change to return. Property needs to be refurbished.

Staff is very cooperative and helpful, breakfast buffet was good and has lots of Indian and International cuisine options, Anita at Front desk was very helpful, she took care of issue , because my flight was late and even after checkout, she offer help to deposit my luggage while I go for sightseeing in Delhi

Check-in was difficult as they didn't find my booking. Then they could not give me room with double bed. The room was not so good. The only good thing was the biryani in the restaurant.

Room was full of Cigarette smell and Iron was leaking...Terrible Experience...

Nice location, good room service and helpful staff. They fonabove and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Only comment is that the breakfast menu is kinda limited and tends to be repetitive if same things

This is a fine place. It could improve by keeping preparing the room better before guests check in. Also placing a couple hand towels in the bathroom would be helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
