Hotel and room very run down. Bathroom shower tap worked in reverse. Carpet, door jams, furniture we all run down and in poor conditions.

It was nice and quiet

We got “upgraded” to the family suite when they saw our child. We learned that this is actually a down grade to a dirty bunk room. The bunk sheets had not been changed as they had food crumbs on them upon opening them on arrival. There was greasy hand marks all over the bunks as well. Pop cans under the bed. It made both my husband and I question if our master bedroom had clean sheets or not. The kitchen also wasn’t very clean. Bathroom was infact very clean though. Wouldn’t go back as not feeling like you even have clean bedding is not exactly welcoming.

Great stay-staff fantastic-had aan issue with our toilet not flushing and while after a day it wasn’t fixed, they quickly moved us for our comfort when we returned that night

Was a great stay, the beds are comfortable and the biggest reason we leave a good review is the front desk staff were awesome, the gentleman working went over and above for us. The room we stayed needs a little work around door is worn looks like water damage in room and just needs a bit better cleaning prior to renting.

All went well.

The area was great. In the room the tv did not work, the lighting in the bathroom was very bad and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and was now taped togerther. On the plus side it was quiet and convenient.

The property was very clean inside.

This was a great place to spend a few days while we visited family. Clean and comfortable

Loved that they had robes to go to the pool/hot tub, but the pool was pretty cold!

The night front desk gentleman was absolutely awesome! He was super friendly, kind and patient. We had a late check in and he was nothing but understanding and patient. The room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or passing through the Prince George area

This is a mid-range hotel that is fine but beginning to show some clear signs of wear and tear. Common area carpets, especially in the corridors, were in poor shape. Fixtures in the rooms are serviceable but damaged light switches or leaky shower heads just give the impression of a lack of regular routine maintenance. The decor in the rooms is fairly modern, but a little austere and dark. Bathroom amenities are very basic but serviceable. The hotel does have an excellent restaurant on site, and it's close to a couple of other popular ones as well. Another definite positive was USB plugs in the room. It's fine as a stopover, but not a hotel that I would consider for an extended stay.
