The hotel is located close to shopping and Sayaji Baug. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Family visit. Good food available all day and night. Quiet. Comfortable. Room service and laundry fast.

The property is city center. Room is comfortable. Bathroom a bit small but manageable. The room service was prompt.

Great property

The property and location is excellent, good amenities and also conveniently located with lots of restaurants, stores, medical stores etc. The only thing which surprised me is the stiff disposition at the reception desk. I passed by up and down at-least 10 to 12 times but each time the front desk folks would look down or ignore me. The last time they smiled at me when I checked out and paid my balance due. They were happy to see me go

I have stayed on many occasions at the four points always great service by all the team. Very friendly and helpful. Well done.

Stayed a night

The staff is really very friendly and professional yet very comforting and warm. Everyone assisted us in the best possible way especially Noor and Tushar and Harshal. Food is awesome and served by sweet people. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants a hassle-free stay in Vadodara

It was amazing

Good property… clean and highly responsive and efficient staff. Good for business people and family both.

Booking the hotel as for business purpose, shared room with a colleague. The first challenge was the wifi connection with restriction, we have 2 persons, 2 laptops & 2 handphones. But only 3 devices able to connect to the hotel wifi. The 4th device kept failing to connect even 1 or 3 devices are disconnected. Feedback to hotel, was told the free wifi able to support 3-4 devices. The next day I re-tried again the wifi Connection, the 4th device was connected, but 1 of the previous connected devices failed to wifi connection. It made me really frustrated, and called again to front desk, was told the wifi connection was failed for whole hotel. After repair, the connection was restricted to 3 devices only. For the toilet, it was abit run down and old. We still can beat with it, but the housekeeping service was in consistent work procedure, everyday will miss out to replace either toilet paper, tissue or floor mat. However, the staffs are quite friendly and nice when we requested for help. The hotel breakfast is quite delicious, and the staffs remember our preference.
