They refused to do a late check out inspite that the hotel seems not crowded , the check in and check out was from a nearby hotel , wifi is terrible, warm water in the bathroom was not available.

Hotel was lovely. Really clean and comfortable. Beautiful location, at the marina, and excess to the beach. The breakfast options was very poor and disappointing.

Really good service, borh in reception and cleaner. There is a Continental breakfast available at the Mosaique or a full Oriental at the Steakhouse in the marina. Only negative is that the Sunbeds are very uncomfortable.

The front desk doesn’t know what he is doing. He was about to charge me again unless I show him my confirmation number that I already paid online. I requested tissue and coffee bags came after 2 - 3attempts. Towels has some iron burns,& raged, no bathroom tissue ( room wasn’t ready for guest) coffee bags were empty inside the tray.

Very nice as it was adults only. Highly recommended for a quiet stay.

Staff were great, they really wanted to help. Room was big, bed was huge.

The hotel was fine, I wouldn't say 4-star but 3-star. And about the hotel staff, there's was nice people and there was also ignorant people. the room was fine, the guy told me that we will get a room with pool access through the balcony but I got the other balcony instead..... it's disappointing. Breakfast was ok with the pancakes and the eggs but not a lot of bread and couldn't eat cereals because the bowls were so tiny.

Third visit here which says lots about the place. Clean quiet friendly and welcoming highly recommended for a short or medium lengthy stay .

Clean, friendly staff, quite with NO children, relaxing, amazing marina view.

Nice hotel.. shower was not working well, but staff was quick to fix it... overall cosy place with a nice pool and very close to the new Abu Tig Marina

the worst in Gouna now , service deteriorating . . . new staff acting as if it is an hotel in down-town Cairo not in Gouna by far less than Gouna standard specially if you are coming in a group of friends/couple

Good Hotel within the area of attraction

Fanadir is a smaller property with decent sized rooms; however, the bed was a bit hard and the rooms a little run down. There were missing tiles in the bathroom, but it was clean and the air conditioning worked well! We had a marina view room and being about 5 minutes walk from the marina where there are shops and restaurants, it was very quiet! The poolis nice with plenty of seating. Breakfast was average with eggs and pancakes to order, fruit, yogurt, breads. The juice was more like a powdered mixed juice than fresh squeezed which was disappointing. The wi-fi is limited to the pool and lobby and is inconsistant, which was not unexpected. The servers were not very attentive and we needed to flag someone down to order a beer. Being in a quiet location and a short walk from the marina was the big seller for us!

Our stay at the Fanadir was what we expected, a small boutique hotel for adults only! The rooms were clean, and overall well maintained! My only complaint would be some of the staff couldn't speak English, the breakfast wasn't great and it was too quiet! Overall I would recommend the hotel if you're boring, otherwise there is others!
