Beautiful hotel in a great position to access shops, bars boats and beaches Excellent breakfast on the roof terrace

The pool closed at 8 so they could run the sweeper in it… why wouldn’t you run that when people where sleeping. The shower leaked all over the floor and then apparently dripped into the lower floor and then the front desk man comes to our door very late at night and bangs in the door to wake us up and ask if we were running water. Also it is not soundproofed rooms at all and when breakfast started at 6:30am the scraping of the chairs above us was horrible. Also it lists a laundry service in the hotel and that is not at all correct . So we needed laundry after sailing 2 weeks and then going again… had to drag a suitcase with dirty clothes to a laundry service. The bed was comfortable but the a/c didn’t keep up all night. So all in all never again.

It is NOT a boutique hotel. It is a 3 star hotel at best.

Brilliant hotel in a fantastic little resort. Great little pool too and your breakfast on roof was a pleasure everyday. About 20 steps from main tourist bit. Loved it here.

Quite expensive but very clean. Had to ask for our vip gift.

The owner was very nice and helpful, the hotel is new and modern stylish,very clean ,nice breakfast homemade and delicious. Definitely we'll be coming back.

Central location to eat out, shop and chill in their pool. Idyllic even. Breakfast had good variety of food. Wouldn’t want to walk to beach every day from here as it would be a bit of a pain although doable. Few minutes walk to harbour. Would go again. Massage place 1 min walk away as well. Took a trip around the islands as well - very enjoyable!

Great location in the old town. Minutes from numerous restaurants, the harbour and shops. 10minutes walk to a quiet beach. Hotel seemed to be of a good standard. Clean and efficiently run. Pool sufficient for a dip to cool off and comfy sunbeds. Parking available with barrier control. No problem getting a space. Little tricky to find where to park as Sat nav says no entry to some streets but we managed.

room described as a superior room for three people, clearly a small double set out as such with two of everything queried at reception, no change and brought up add towels etc, have stayed in double rooms that are bigger

If I could give more stars for service, I would. I booked this lovely little hotel based on the reviews and I’m so glad I did. Every staff member we met was helpful, generous and kind. They accommodated us arriving very early on a dawn flight, they accommodated us waiting around on the afternoon of our check out. Breakfast on the roof top, with views across the town to the water, was another highlight. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a walk around the corner to anything. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The hotel was as described, boutique. We took a deluxe suite in the new wing ( it had never been used before), this gave us the space we enjoy , two balconies absolute bonus. Hotel staff were very helpful. The hotels location in the old town of Prevasa gave us easy access to all the best places to eat at. The marina literally 200 meters away and the main street half that.. So all in all a nice peaceful time before the chaos of my daughter s wedding ( at a different location) 😉

Strongly suggest this boutique type hotel. It’s beautiful and personable people.

The hotel has two parts. The biggest and newest rooms are in the new part where we stayed. It is great! The location and price too. recommended...

Had a lovely stay for three nights with friends. Rooms were good size and clean with comfy beds. The fridge in our friend’s room didn’t work but we did notify reception so hopefully repaired for next guests. Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Pool area was nice but pool could do with a bit of a clean/chlorine shock as there was a bit of green starting to show around the pool. We had a car and managed to park at the rear of the hotel which was useful. Only a 3-4 minute walk from the marina and loads of restaurants. Really good stay and highly recommend.

Overall disappointing. Came with bath but known problem with pipes meant flooding floor when letting water out; had to trickle it out after initial deluge on floor. Staff advised plumber said pipes too shallow and nothing could be done. Room came with menu for room service but no room service available. One staff member had to do everything. Very noisy all night with pedestrians and scooters.

Perfect location near the cobblestoned village with cute stores and cafes all around. The decor is beautiful and elegant. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and very friendly and polite staff. Good wifi connection. The free bike rentals need some love. Half of them need air in the tires or their brakes fixed. Make sure You get a good one. We were able to get a free one for a friend who was staying at an Airbnb near by. They were nice enough to let us have them for the day while we waited for our check in time. Free breakfast was wonderful. A huge arrangement to choose from; multiple types of cheese and breads, scrambled eggs, sunshine up eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, cereals, I was pleasantly surprised at the options. And the rooftop terrace where it was served was spectacular, we watched the sunrise with our breakfast. A lovely place to stay. Highly recommend.

Very Good hotel, located in the centre of town, easy access to all bars,shops and restaurants. Great pool brilliant facility for a town centre hotel. Very friendly staff at all times during the stay. The free bikes have seen better days but they are ok for a nip around town. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Nespesso coffe and water provided and refreshed daily, again good facility. We went out for breakfast every day, a free breakfast was provided, very basic but would be good if you were on a budget.

Staff are very friendly and make me so relaxed.
