Could definitely have better towels

I have stayed at several Crown Plazas over the years and they have always been top notch. However This one at Charleston Airport was very outdated and run down. Very disappointed.

Overall staff was terrific. Rooms were not, first room was filthy, closet door broken with the wood peeling off. Staff did not hesitate and move us. Second room was better, still felt dirty, ceiling in bathroom was in rough condition with holes and what looked like mold. Decided to just stay as we spent very little time in room.

This was the best stay out of all my Charleston stays. Every 100!!!!

Nice room but just ok. Had a weird smell not bad but not good either. Ice machine was out. They need to have a hot tub. Come on man a crowne without a hot tub

Loved the airport shuttle being available at 1:00 a.m.

Car was broken into on the first night. Right elevator made us feel unsafe

Staff was great, curb appeal and foyer inviting. Room was a impressive size. How ever furniture was worn example headboard of bed. Hopefully they will be replacing soon. Definitely would stay again.
