Staff were great, nice & friendly. Hotel and room was clean. No lifts! Menu was limited but ok. Prices ok. Great location. Not allowd food or drink in reception area??

The hotel was very clean spotless in fact The food was excellent and the staff were so polite and helpful. We will definitely stay at the hotel when we next visit Dunfermline

Hidden gem Chose this Hotel as Edinburgh prices were crazy for Scotland v England Rugby. Very handy for train to Edinburgh Excellent breakfast. Lovely location surrounded by Scottish history. Excellent price

The staff were amazing. The room itself was a little tired with flaking paint in the bathroom & a large yellow stain on the carpet. Everthing else was great. Clean & very comfortable.

Clean room, lovely staff. Too hot though in dining room and corridors. Also a bad draft coming from window, only blinds on window, could do with a curtain to block out the light and the draft.

Rooms are always clean, staff exceptionally helpful & easy access to local amenities.

Nice room, very clean few marks on sheets but think may be from the laundry bags or maybe the just the lights casting a tinge couldn't see them in natural light. Breakfast superb, staff all nice. Would happily book again.

The hotel is lovely the food was good maybe a bit pricey for what it was. The staff were approachable and friendly.
