We have chosen this hotel for the third consecutive year because of its quality food and drinks and cleanliness. However, one negative experience can ruin the whole experience. The rudeness, disrespect, and lack of concern for customer satisfaction shown by the guest relations employee, Muhammed, along with his giving incorrect information to the guest and then refusing to accept it, are the reasons for me giving this rating. Staff training is very important. The approach of a lower-level employee is an indicator of the approach of their superiors.
