Brilliant would definitely stay again for the amenities and the staff are wonderful

Everything was top draw service on point one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Defo coming back we went with our football squad and all the family’s enjoyed it

Really great stay lots of facilities . Food was really nice . Lots of areas to keep little person entertained. Ideally would prefer a double bed rather than two singles

It was good if you like lots of Children around you. Very noisy in restaurants and meal portions are small. Front desk staff very confused with English speaking customers at time. No real options for dining nearby

We were disappointed about this hotel. Among the hotels that we’ve stayed all over the world, this hotel is the worst one. Sorry for being direct! The facilities of this hotels lacked of proper maintenance. The services provided by its staff were very poor. For example, the front desk staff told us that “all amenities have to be booked”. Yet, the truth is that we only need to queue up but no need to book. Another incident was that our room was not cleaned up during our stay. After reminding the front desk staff, we waited for an hour for house-keeping. When we chased again, the front desk replied that they forgot which room no. has made the request 😵‍💫.

The rooms could be cleaner there where sloot of Stains on the floor and curtains and Hair in the bathroom

Nice hotel, every little detail is sports oriented which makes it special. The roomservice was extremely fast and the staff very friendly. Would stay again. Good value for money.

Sports hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, in room service food could improve a bit. otherwise recommendable. Parking is a bit off and when it rains that is a problem

We had a nice stay, 3 nights. Local area is quiet, obviously good for cycling. Food in hotel enjoyable. Hotel good if you're sporty

I’ve stayed here before and it was a good surprise to see that they had renovations done at the reception and the common area. I love sports, so this is definitely my kind of hotel, really lots to do when it comes to that. Breakfast is also good and the coffee is much better than what I got on my way there. Only downside was being there for a business trip, so I didn’t have much time to enjoy.

we do come from years to this sport resort, it is called HUP since 2018 we like facilities and children have a big choice breakfast isn't improved, average like it was, even fresh orange juice machine is removed now, restaurant and room service very poor, I did try awful burger 100% angus beef... very disappointed with food as in Netherlands many places and hotels serve yummy dishes, we been doing sushi takeaways for delivery etc. but the rest we like a lot, and we gonna be back next month :) because children are happy !!!

The trip and stay was excellent the staff were extra nice overall good experience.

Amazing sport concepts. Kids simply LOVED the rooms . Everything was clean, new, and knitty. Great experience.!!! highly recommended
