Great hotel near 1 shopping plaza and a subwau.. just the location is not walking distance to place of interest or train station/ airport

Front desk staff, Edna went the extra step securing me a preferred rate when I needed to extend my stay; Mia assisted me with contacting alocal airline when my personal mobile phone was not working properly. Both Edna and Mia exemplified customer service excellence and deserve some recognition.

The service and staff were excellent, they even offered free shuttle to Kumming South railway station. Great value for the price.

Great price ! Phenomenal service and the facility is next to a mall that is literally 5 min walk ! Safe, fun and I will definitely stay here on all my business trips

The hotel staff went out of their way to provide an excellent service and everyone seemed united in their objectives to do so. Breakfast was excellent on the 17th floor while on the ground floor, although the choice was wider, it was more crowded bit still great.

It has been years since I stayed in a Howard Johnson’s hotel. I am from the US, most of them in the US are just 2 to 3 star hotels. This hotel is definitely a 4 or 4.5 star hotel. Huge grand lobby with marble, nice and attentive staff, fancy upgraded rooms and a very nice buffet breakfast on the 17th floor. If you’re in Kunming, I can definitely recommend this as one of the better hotels for sure.

가성비 훌륭, 조용하고 청결함. 다만 관광지인 옛거리, 석림 등 시내 중님가와 다소 거리가 있고 교통이 다소 불편

Room is spacious and nicely kept, very clean and user friendly. Service is impeccable. The location, however, is far from main shopping areas.
