Fast service, access to the Grand Mosque is close, if you are late for prayers at the mosque, you can lead the prayer in the hotel prayer room with the voice of the imam at the Grand Mosque coming into the hotel sound system and the atmosphere for Umrah worship is very supportive.

My stay at The Fairmont Makkah was exceptional in every aspect. The service was warm, attentive, and consistently professional. Every staff member made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. The cleanliness, comfort, and quiet atmosphere created the perfect environment for rest and worship. Its location is unbeatable—direct access to the Haram and extremely convenient for prayer times. The breakfast selection was excellent, with high-quality food and outstanding hospitality. Truly one of the best hotels in Makkah for comfort, service, and overall experience. I would gladly stay here again.

Check in at 4 and all staffs are very helpful (reception, concierge, restaurant). The hotel ambiance is good, but the room is not as good as Fairmont Jakarta (furniture seems old). Prayer Room on the S2 floor especially the women's section is very comfortable if you can't go to the mosque. Can see the Grand Mosque clearly. Unfortunately the Kaaba section is currently closed for renovation.

Staff at front desk needs more training. While attended my issue she entertained other guests’ request. She left her place to get things done for others. Staff should attend to guest until the end. My luggage bags were not send to my room. After more than one hour waiting for the bags I went down personally to carry my bags. One of the staff at the luggage store helped me to bring the bags to my room. It's not month of ramadhan and this unattended bag request should not happened.

Bagus banget, pelayannya bisa membersihkan kamar tiap hari, jarak ke haram sangat dekat karena ada di Zamzam Tower.

Nyaman banget ada lift yang langs keharam.

Stafnya ramah-ramah. Fast respon, akses ke mesjidil haram sangat dekat.

Hotel with the best view in the world, direct view of the Kaabah, this residential suites room with a view of the Kaabah is extraordinary, very suitable for bringing the family, the breakfast is also different if we choose this room, it should be on M2 for breakfast, especially for the residential suites breakfast on the 29th floor, restaurant which has a direct view of the Grand Mosque and parts of the Kaabah as well as the extraordinary city of Mecca, Jabal Nur is also visible, basically the best hotel in Mecca 👍🏻.
