This was our 4th stay, excellent as usual. Definitely our favorite hotel in Casablanca. Tastefully decorated suites, excellent food, extraordinary service and attention to details. We also love the spa. The staff are genuinely make every moment special and a memorable experience. Can’t wait to be back, highly recommended.

Excellent hotel choice when visiting Casablanca! Breakfast was excellent! The spa, sublime! I needed to exchange some USD and the manager took care of everything for me, even had my $ delivered to my room. He also was very helpful with arranging our early morning transport to the airport. Hotel Art Palace Suites and Spa was the perfect place to end our tour of Morocco.

It's a clean place and staff are friendly and helpful, however this is definitely not a 5 stars hotel and too over priced for the quality of rooms. I mean if you are charging people 200 to 200 a night you should be able to change your disgusting matresses. As shown in the pichtures

Critics claim this is an economic city lacking of touristic appeal however I disagree. Plenty of sites to see including the Hassall Mosque, Medina Market and more. The hotel was a great location to even walk to these places and the accommodations were excellent. Breakfast , the staff, the pool was a compliment to the hot weather.

As soon as we pulled in we were greeted in a most polite and respectful way. The staff from front desk, restaurant to spay were all amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. Having 2 bathrooms was certainly a luxury we appreciated. The king size bed was comfortable. We couldnt help but notice the tub shower had a bit of a design flaw. Due to the shower shield it did not cover the whole tub area, which meant getting everything wet around it. Walking distance to many amenities. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

The place was fine, the spa terrible. They forgot our reservation. we wanted the package, but they didn't do it in the order it was supposed to. I got the massage first, then the hamman, and so I couldn't go into the pool (because of the chlorine) nor could I do the sauna and they would not take it off my charge. When we told the front desk about this there was nothing they could do. Yes, they would give me a manicure the next day, but I was leaving and did not want to be rushed. The day we came felt like a big inconvenience to them, like we were in their way and all they wanted to do was close up though it was only 8pm (they close at 10), I do not recommend this place at all.

We loved the stay ! Everything was great for our first 2 nights here in Morocco, including the receptionists, the Hamam. They even gave us suggestions on how to save money! I would recommend anyone to come here ! Also a few

The staff (front desk, housekeeping and room service) was superb - helpful, friendly, always available and happy to deliver breakfast to the room. The rooms are huge and the bed was very comfortable! The Audrey Hepburn room was great and had a lovely private terrace (a big bonus if you are a smoker!). The neighborhood near the hotel is charming with cafe’s, boutiques, spas …just turn right when you exit the hotel and avoid the main, busy road/area.

Enjoyed the room. It had a hand shower and an overhead shower would have been better. But otherwise the room was amazing. The hotel was well located to walk around and find good shopping and eating places

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and wonderfully decorated! The staff were all very friendly and professional. I especially recommend using the spa downstairs!
