Maintenance needs to take a look at problems with bathroom toilet, need to look on the repairs , also beds are hard like a rock, can't rest

Habitaciones amplias, cortinas oscuras, hay agua caliente aunque tarde un poco en salir, estacionamiento, desayuno continental dependiendo de la habitación, con opción de mejora a Americano buffet por precio razonable. El sr Aguilar bellboy super amable y servicial. La carne estaba sabrosa. A mi no me molesta el ruido de la calle, ademas empieza mas tardecito. Asi que muy contentos

Old property with not maintenance and very poor customer service, definitely a real bad experience

Room needs a update with walls repaired and shower tile replaced. Kitchen doors need repalced. Sink faucet need replacement, shower head leaked. Also needs to have hot for shower

Es un hotel en el que obtienes exactamente lo que pagas. No se le puede exigir más. Creo que cumple con lo esperado.

A charming old hotel since 1863 ... nostalgic feeling, friendly staff, roomy with high ceiling, equipped with small microwave and frig. ... and 20 minutes walk to el centro. Definitely not a tourist town, but if have chance to visit Hermosillo again ... Hotel Kino is the place !

Very historic Hotel but needs a LOT of renovation & update work to bring up to better standards - cleanliness poor (long black hairs on white bed sheets?!); the kitchenette was uninviting looking to use - nothing plugged in or clean to put ANY food near; chipped & broken-off tiles on stairs & in hallways made unsafe conditions and, very sketchy neighbourhood with not much else open around this Hotel!

So I rated this hotel a 5 because of the age of the hotel and its proximity to old Hermosillo, the central plaza, and Villa Seris. It is on the main boulevard to get into and out of town to Kino or San Carlos. We traveled in a family of 7 and need a economical place to stay for a short visit before heading off to Cabo. The hotel staff are friendly and maintain the hotel well. If you like to travel and have authentic experiences then I say give it go. If your looking for comfort and modern amenities then maybe not. One last thing, they have 25 hour free secured parking directly across the street from the hotel.

Had an appt at the Mexican consulate and this place was very close.

I didn't like the room wasn't cleaned enough and it was hairs in the pillow and the restroom wasn't looking like was well maintained they need to at least renovates the room, beds and restroom
