When i checked in they would not honor the VIP vouchers, i called hotel.com and they would not really help.. guess i wont be using these guys anymore, toobad after years of bookings and never really a issue . But the experience sucked enough 😕

The hotel and the staff were amazing, and great. Highly recommend not staying during hockey season… you probably won’t have a bunch of kids screaming profanity down the hallway while the rooms full of drinking parents also yell and whoop it up. The hotel itself was great, just the other guests made it very lackluster

Hot tub and pool both broken, bathroom super tiny, worlds most smallest TV I feel, for a newer hotel it is showing its age. Heater in room was brutal also. The fan run all night blowing cold air😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk called to make sure everything was ok 30mins after check in.

Well laid out room. Comfy bed. Love the choice between soft and firm pillows. Dog friendly. Convenient to have 2 restaurants attached.

Beds were super comfy. Room was clean. Disappointed the Hot Tub was closed during our stay.

The beds were uncomfortable and provided no support. We were also kept up by people in the hall ways late at night.

Reception Staff, Denny’s room service staff are great. Room was very clean, nice amenities. Unfortunately the damage to the surface of the bathroom and kitchen countertops makes them look very unclean.

Room was well done, clean, comfy beds. Staff are friendly and very convenient to have restaurants attached to the hotel

Staff was nice, Counter tops stained badly and makes the room look dirty, shower ceramic tile looked dirty and full of grime. Toilet didn’t flush properly. No body wash or soap in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful date night in the king suite with jacuzzi tub! Loved Dennie's late night snacking and great location to our restaurant

Suite was great at reasonable price. We had a nice meal at Denny’s, down the hall from our room

Check in was seamless and our room was very clean! We were right beside the laundry room but didn't feel it kept us awake!
