Great location, Ultra modern, nice staff. Disapointed that there was not coffee makers in the room or lobby and had to repeatedly ask for iron/ironing boards as not in the rooms and they removed each night with turn-down. Pool was nice and secluded. Had to search out service so unsure if they were understaffed

I love this hotel. Always stay here when I’m in town. Wonderful staff and service. Restaurant is great. Really lovely hotel in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

Beautiful but a little run down

We complained numerous times that our room was too cold…we had to wear jackets in our room! Staff promised to address this issue and never did. We also requested housekeeping to clean our room and it only happened one of the days we were staying there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Incredibly dirty room, unbeleivable. Hotel manager agreed when they saw the room but had no extra rooms to switch us to and said they would issue a refund but since it through hotels.com they need to check with you.

Room was so dirty also there was fire from plug socket, it was very scary, we booked till Nov. 17th but we checked out on 15th because property was not safe to stay.

Very pretty but hotel needs work

This is the most beautiful hotel that I have ever seen. The rooms are excellent. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

What a wonderful hotel. I was upgraded to a very luxurious master suite and the swankiest bathtub I’ve ever seen. This is my second time here and I travel frequently for work and will certainly continue to stay at Hotel Demetria. Ate at the restaurant again and the staff remembered me even though it had been 3 months. Excellent meal. Excellent service. Great drink options. Really a lovely place to stay.

Went here for a wedding with some friends and family. Very comfortable hotel. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and maintained by daily housekeeping. Bar and restaurant were very good. Highly recommended.

Great staff and cleaned.

Everything was pretty amazing in this gallery/hotel. The chef of the restaurant was excellent. Every dish we ordered was delicious and beautiful. You have to be vigilant about the pricing of drinks though. A few times we were charged much more than it said on the English menu. They didn’t charge more for room service which was a benefit. Luckily we could ask for hot water for tea and they would bring it up to the room. We brought our own tea bags. I don’t think tea is a thing in these parts of Mexico.

We really loved this hotel. When you go through the pictures and you arrive, there's usually many differences. I was very pleased to see that it stayed true to what they advertised. Reading other people's experience, I didn't know what to expect. The staff was amazing! The most helpful I ever experienced. I have family in the area and when I told them where I was staying, they said it was 1 of the best hotels in the area and it really felt that way. The food was also great. I can't stress enough how amazing this place is. I hope all that stay can have the same experience we did.

What a wonderful location and beautiful hotel. Really nice stay at the Demetria. The staff was incredible. Really helpful and polite. Helped me order a car for the airport in the morning at a very reasonable price and really nice driver. Also the restaurant was delicious. Had a really excellent tuna tartare.

Excellent hotel! I will be back.
