Aside from the room being super small and the staff having limited English communication, everything was fine. Convenient location to the station, shopping centers, and local eateries. The breakfast food here is small but good, miso soup is delicious. Rooms are cleaned every day. I am very satisfied because I booked a room here for my business trip to Kusatsu
