Super convivial

Phenomenal property with friendly staff, renovated, super clean and nice

The location was very convenient, takes about 10 min to the the luxurious street and the beach. A large super market sits conveniently right next to it. You can purchase almost everything you need includes wonderful wine. The staff were kind and helpful. I wonder why this hotel is rated low eights. It's a four star hotel and really was. Beautifully decorated, nice b/f. Strongly recommend!

The property had a water shutdown period during the nights which was not explained beforehand however, they did provide water bottles for that inconvenience. The breakfast buffet did not have many options. The location wasn’t too far of a walk to the beach/waterfront however there weren’t many restaurants close by (next door/2 minute walk) for quick dinner or breakfast options.

Hôtel was great. It’s about 15 mins walk from La Croisette (the main beach promenade). We could have parked at the hotel but actually had failed to let them know in advance (our poor planning, not the hotel’s fault). If we had let them know we’d also have been able to charge our rental car there which was an EV. When we checked in they offered to reserve it for us for the following evening but in the end it was easier to just leave the car in a multistory car park nearby. The room was lovely. We got a family room just back from reception. It has 2 decent sized bathrooms. Interiors were modern. It was probably a larger than usual room but we enjoyed the space. I think considering the potential expense to be incurred elsewhere in Cannes, this hotel is great value and very close to the action. We didn’t get breakfast there and just went to a local bakery instead. We got up one morning and walked 25 mins to the Palm Beach peninsula to watch the sunrise which was really beautiful.

Spacious room and walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend location!

Location is excellent and room was spacious and bright. Bathroom had a bathtub and makeup mirror with lights! The TV wasn’t working though with my iphone the connection wasn’t made to stream Netflix. The hotel needs improvement with helping the guests with the luggage. I requested to take my luggage from my room which is fine but upon leaving the hotel I was left on my own with 2 heavy luggage to hassle to the Uber.

A great small modern hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to the beaches and great local shopping. Terrific location as a base to explore Cannes and the wider area. Staff lovely, very helpful and willing to put up with English humour which is always a bonus. Possibly the best value hotel we've stayed in for a while.

This is a lovely new (or renovated) hotel near city center, only 5 minutes walk from Croisette and shopping streets. After reading some reviews I noticed people complaining about the noise coming from the main road next to the hotel so I specifically requested a quiet room and I got it but here I have to take my luggage down a few stairs which was very difficult for me and they didn’t bother to help or put my luggage in the room at the 3pm checkin (I arrived at the hotel at 10am so they had my luggage for 5 hours and could have easily place it in my room by the time I came back to the hotel) in a 4* hotel I would expect some help with the luggage as a woman especially when they see I have 2 heavy bags. I also extended my stay with one night and on hotels.com the only room was available was the next room category which I paid and when I called the reception to inform I want to stay in the same room, and because there is a price difference between the initial price and the new room’s price I said I rather stay in same room but for the price difference they could do a complimentary breakfast.. he just acted like he didn’t even heard what I said. So I ended up overpaying for the room just so I can stay in same room. For the lack of service I gave a lower rating but otherwise it was a really good choice the room is spacious, bright, bathroom is the biggest one I have seen in France and the location is the best.

Amazing property with great staff and lovely pool in a beautiful area!

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast was limited but sufficient. Overall a pleasant stay, not the greatest of locations, but a good base and easy access to La Croisette, Cannes Centre and the railway station.

Very nice hotel and in a great location for Cannes visit.

Perfect location for us , easy to access all areas and very clean , comfortable and friendly .

Staff was super polite and helpful, property condition was superb as well as the location. Will defo stay here again:)
