Staff were not very honest, booking the deluxe room gave superior room, they said that the deluxe room is different from the superior room with windows, but it is clearly smaller and completely different from the room set in the picture, is it impressive? good.

Hotel in Gia Ngu street, the center of the old town, very convenient for traveling, visiting, shopping. Nice hotel, small but clean room. Although the air conditioner had a problem, it was necessary to call the technology a few times but it did not affect much. Before I arrived, I called and asked the receptionist if the swimming pool could be used, and the newspaper reception of the tank worked well, but when I arrived, I knew that the rooftop swimming pool was under maintenance due to the heavy rain. My children are a bit disappointed because they love to swim. However our vacation is still very nice. The hotel cafeteria on the 10th floor has a direct view of the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake, delicious food. Staff is very friendly, lovely.

The hotel is in the heart of old quarter, in the middle of walking streets and few steps from Hoan Kiem Lake, the church and sightseeing spots. The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has many options and probably the best breakfast I have tried in Hanoi hotel. The hotel offers free sauna and swimming pool. Highly recommended for your trip in Hanoi and I will definitely come back if I travel there.

My experience of staying here was very pleasant, the room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, the area was very pleasant everywhere close by. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful too, the point is really top. If one day come back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again.

The room smelled very bad, couldn't breathe. The door must be opened to be open because there is no exhaust fan. Leaving the door like that for a few hours is a bit open. Later it was more pleasant.
