Very convenient with kitchenette and laundry and market nearby ，walkable to anywhere of the town！family suit is spacious for my family of four ．

The bathroom specially toilet was not clean. There was no carpet in hallways but only cement . The building was messy and dirty

Very convenient budget option. Much better than expected. Very friendly staff, excellent location and amenities.

Surprisingly great for an aparthotel. Nice touches in the room of water and biscuits and a warm and informative reception. Access codes were emailed and texted in addition to the paper information given on arrival. Nicely located in the centre of Agen with restaurants within walking distance plus secure parking in site. Clean, spacious and secure. I’d recommend definitely.

Appart'city really impressed me. It's just off a main shopping street that is directly opposite as you step out of the station. A nice stroll, window shopping. Restaurants, little squares, market, Carrafour etc if you turn left out of the main door. Parking if you have a car, though I didn't so don't know how easy it is to access. Staff very pleasant and helpful. More than a hotel room. You could almost live there. The kitchen area even has a dishwasher. Good sized ensuite too.

The temperature in our room was about 90° and the AC didn’t work, obviously. The reception was closed but I manage to reach someone who changed our room. But the new room was still too hot to sleep well. When we checked out in the morning, no apology, not even acknowledgment that anything was wrong. Never again.

Good location for our house hunting trip. Lots of facoliyies. Car park diffucukt to get in and out if you are not a stunt driver!

Ive stayed at Appart'City Agen several times before and never been disappointed. Its clean and everything is well maintained and the staff are friendly and professional. Appart'City Agen is situated right in the heart of the wonderful town of Agen and is convenient for all the shops and other attractions and facilities.

The hotel was easy to find and is in a good location. The staff were very helpful in providing us with information which helped us to enjoy Agen.

As soon as you entered the lobby you felt very welcomed, every explained by very efficient receptionist. Breakfast was perfect everything I usually have was available. Even though I only stayed the one night it made my trip.

The apart hotel was quiet and located in a good area. For the price, it was a good, basic accommodation with no problems.

Clean and well presented. Reception welcoming. Parking on site, but streets narrow! Quiet but very convenient to the town.

Friendly helpful staff, would not recommend the twin bed apartment , did not like the beds in separate rooms, the second bed was like a cot, it was not very comfortable, overall apart from the bed issue a nice apartment good value.

Super awesome place in terms of location. Had a little kitchenette which was cool though we didn't use it. Bed was just so so and room was fine. Nothing spectacular but if you want a place that's in a great location for the price point you can't go wrong.

Wifi hopeless

Staff cooperative, well-informed and a pleasure to deal with, rooms clean and comfortable, but one feature common to all three Appart'City hotels we stayed at is that their WiFi compares very badly with their competitors. Even a barge on a canal in France had better performance. It's extremely frustrating to come back to the hotel with a stack of stuff to be sent off, information to be retrieved and emails to be answered only to find repeated logging on is needed on a poorly designed web site (especially for both iOS and Android phones), the connection appears to be OK but is not actually connected to the Internet and dropouts occur randomly, sometimes after only 30 secs to 3 mins.
