Located on the main square near the restaurants. GPS confused by the one way system but managed to find after going round in circles for quite a bit. Hotel does not have a car park, but can park in the public underground car park opposite hotel for €4 per night. Hotel has a handy drop off area. Room was clean, well fitted and excellent value for money. Very helpful staff at reception making you feel welcome. Didn't have breakfast and wished we did as there isnt much in Niort city center in August. Only downside was the design of sliding door linking bathroom to wardrobe, not deep enough to store luggage, so had to put everything into room, which is already compact. Not a problem for 1 night though.

Great location, clean, comfortable & modern

Great hotel

We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Christmas market was on and we were lucky to have sunny weather.

It was a very nice hotel in the centre of Niort. The room could have been a bit bigger (though it was enough), but otherwise it was very good.

The room was very clean and quiet, but wi-fi did not work very well.

I stayed here by accident, as the French traffic controllers were on strike and my flight back to the UK had been cancelled, so I was unable to return to the UK until the following day. This was a very pleasant hotel, good facilities (including coffee making stuff), and it was easy to get a bus to the city centre. Would stay here again.

Good find and value

Really great hotel, conveniently located. Really really comfortable room that suited our family perfectly. Super helpful staff and James Bond-like parking across the way made this a stress free and enjoyable stopover.

Room dirty and air conditioning very poor, had to move rooms and reception had to do final clean! A nice hotel in a good location but let down by the above

Good service and very friendly staff

Beautiful hotel, had the best night sleep on the very comfortable beds. Ideal location. Would certainly stop over again enroute to the Eurotunmel.
