Good location, comfortable rooms and beds. Has a games room. Breakfast was okay.

This is the fourth time we have visited the Hotel, Staff are very friendly room as nice, the only thing that lets the hotel down is the breakfast buffet no choice of eggs, mass Produced cooking items much Preferred the menu where you Ordered breakfast

We love staying a wookey hotel only down side is the menu change and breakfast cereal 2 options so kids didnt eat and no gammon on menu with the famous cheese sauce such a same as loved the meals when we stayed before

I originally wanted to book from the 14th to the 18th but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that so I ended up booking one night and then after a couple of false starts I managed to book the other 3 nights. The first night I had a room with a shower which was very nice (lovely in fact). However the wi fi was terrible downstairs but works a lot better upstairs as I had to change rooms because of not being able to book all 4 nights at the same time. Really good otherwise.

A really great family hotel right next to the Wookey Hole attraction. Rooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

Good breakfast

Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection. We had a great stay and enjoyed a day at the caves the next day.

Breakfast was everything you'd want and more. A great start to an active day with the kids at Wookey hole attraction or walking the country side.

Nice hotel and family room was great. Downside was not being aware that breakfast time needed booking and only available slot was 830.

The staff were excellent and very attentive. Overall it was a nice stay with good food and a lovely cooked breakfast at a reasonable price. The only very minor thing was the shower head; if you want hot water you have to have it on quite powerfully, but then the water comes out at a near 90 degree angle and we couldn’t move the head to angle it down. It goes past the shower screen and can make the floor wet. Not sure if it was just our room though.

That's the cleanest hotel room that we have ever stayed in, the Hotel smell devine, The room was huge excellent value for money, My wife gave it A10 out of 10

Excellent value for the price. The room was great and really friendly staff. The restraunt is lacking though with over priced food and staff that were not attentive. Would definitely stay again but not eat there.

The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming and the room was spotless
